I Ordered an ooni pizza oven, i emailed asking for information about the oven. Emmet got back to me with a very detailed email with all the info about the oven, there was a delay with the company delivering the oven i got back on to Emmet and he sorted this problem even though he dident have to from start to finish they where great highly recommend. If you need help ask for Emmet........

I don't think I have ever had a web order processed so quick. Ordered on Thursday evening at about 9.30. Got an email saying my order was being processed at about 7.40 next morning and then an email confirming my order was with An Post at about 9.40 the same morning !

Included was the handwritten note from Stuart thanking me for the purchase - which is a very nice touch - adding the personal touch to the online transaction.

I would have no problem making future purchases from them considering the attention to detail that they give and the speed with which they process your order. I Think their online store deserves to do well.

The item I ordered wasn't available and within minutes Flemings staff came back to me suggesting alternatives and offering different options. Item ordered and received within days with great communications throughout the process. I'd definitely purchase from Flemings homeware again.

A member of the department store personally emailed to apologise as they did not have the specific item that was ordered. Options, including several photos, of alternative products were offered rather than automatically refunding money. Thank you for coming up with a solution!
