Appalling customer service. 4 items ordered in February - one still not arrived. Only one received fits and acceptable the other two badly sized and the dress was appalling quality only suitable as a cleaning cloth.

trying to return for a refund and this appear not to be an option - they offer a voucher to buy more bad quality ill fitting clothes - i don't think so.

I ordered a swimsuit from Flexmaker Swim, and what I received looked nothing like the product online. The ruffles were oversized and sheer instead of structured, and the fit was extremely small.

When I contacted customer service, they refused to offer a full refund. Instead, they offered only a partial refund (20–30%) or store credit, and required me to pay for international return shipping to China to receive a full refund — something that was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

This was a frustrating and misleading experience, and I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

Save your money.

The goods never arrived and when asked for a refund the communication stopped altogether.

I ordered two swim suit sets on 2/15/26. As of 4/5, I have received one of them, didn't care for the quality, and have tried numerous times via email to initiate a return. They respond, but not to that question. All I need is a US address (which their website claims they have), and they refuse to answer. I have also tried on three occasions so far to cancel the rest of the order that somehow hasn't shipped after 1.5 months, and they didn't respond to two emails about that either. Just this morning, after receiving another email not addressing my questions, and after I had asked for the order to be cancelled twice, I received a shipping notification. I'll have to refuse the package and probably initiate a claim with my credit card company. What a waste of time. Flaxmaker Swim is provides horrible customer service and tries to make it look like they're responsive. It's customer gaslighting at it's worst.

I cannot recommend this company. The swimsuits were nothing like the images portrayed. In addition, the return process is beyond ridiculous. You pay to return, which is fine, they also ask that you send them the tracking number, which again is fine. THEN they ask that you inform them when the item is delivered, despite having the tracking number - which they say is to help "speed up" your refund. Ok.... but once delivery is confirmed they say it will take 30 DAYS for them to process. SMH. I said unacceptable, so they came back and said my refund would be processed in 3-5 days. It has now been 12 days and I'm still waiting. I have put more energy into this purchase than anyone should, but was still willing to jump through all their hoops for my refund. However this company does not follow through. Have since opened a paypal dispute. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

I cannot describe the level of my disapointment. The quality is terrible, the sizing is bad, the cut us bad. I won't be wearing any of the 4 suits I had ordered and will never buy again from that brand.

Waited weeks for my item to arrive and when they did weee badly stained and damaged … upon contacting customer service for a details to return and refund they offered that I could keep the item and receive a $18.99 gift card even though I had paid £50 … terrible customer service have advised I want to return for refund and they have advised I need to pay postage to China even though they sent me poor quality badly damaged items … DO NOT BUY CHEAP RUBBISH!!

I really wanted to like this brand, but the experience was rough from start to finish. The material of the items I received felt almost plastic-like and didn’t resemble the quality shown in the photos on their website. The sizing was also completely off, even though I followed their sizing chart carefully.

When I reached out to request a return, I was initially offered $40 to keep everything — even though my order totaled $133. When I made it clear that I wanted to return the items for a full refund, they told me I would need to pay for return shipping myself. I don’t mind paying return shipping, but the whole process felt frustrating and far from transparent.

Just sharing my experience so others know what to expect.

Extremely slow delivery times. I placed my order and paid for it one month ago. One swimsuit shipped but has not arrived. The second bathing suit has not even shipped yet. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Do not order from here. I am so mad I didn’t check the reviews. It’s absolute junk, I am trying to return my suit hopefully I am able to. I am really upset and feel I have been tricked.

I recently purchased several swimsuits from this website and was extremely disappointed. The quality is far below expectations—the fabric feels cheap and the stitching is poorly done. Additionally, the sizing runs extremely small, making the items unwearable. Customer service was unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. I definitely won’t be buying from this store again and would not recommend it to others.

Absolutely cheap cheap cheap quality. The bathing suit I received resembles the photo but is definitely not the same quality. Material is very thin and the matching skirt is more like a size small (I ordered a large bathing suit) and the skirt is one size fits all? Going to try and return. We’ll see how that goes

I have been happy with some swimsuit I ordered. Things have gone downhill with my experience with Flaxmaker lately. I ordered a dress that is similar, but noticably different from the photo in the picture. In addition to being slightly different it is way too short. I had returned something once and realized much later I never got my money back. Won't be ordering from this company again.

I received suits and they smelled like smoke. It’s pretty disgusting and the fact I have to pay to return is ridiculous. Beware of clothes - they aren’t made well and fabric is cheap don’t be surprised if fall apart or cause rash.

This is a scam. Recieved poor quality items that smell like smoke. When asked to return, very suspicious process and they will refund you $13 for a full price swimsuit if you mail it back or give you an $18 coupon if you keep it and order something else. The person writing the emails is obviously not located in the US.

The swimsuits are ok but the dresses are super bad quality. They used really cheap fabric so the way the dresses flow is so different from the pictures. I won’t even bother returning the items to avoid getting duped if i get a refund. Don’t order dresses from them. Out of the 3 dresses I ordered, I can wear two but the third dress is really awful.

Warning: do not purchase from flaxmaker. I have been trying to return two items. After 10 email still not able to return the items. Also still waiting on the remaking items I have ordered. The quality and material of the work is very cheap do not be fooled by the pictures. Wish me luck in retuning the items at this point I am very unhopeful.

Ordered May 5. July 5 product hadn’t shipped. Contacted customer service no reply. July 20, still nothing. Asked for a refund. Still no response, but they did refund me. Don’t waste your time, you will never receive product.
