Flawless Beauty Penistone 

I ordered flawless foundation that I saw on pinterest I paid £24.99 but was getting a deal which was 3 for that price,that was on the 29th jan they took money out of bank straight away but I'm still waiting and if u say flawless online ain't the people I should be talking to then why does it always seem to come back to u,after Googling your number it comes back to flawless.....not happy 🤬

I would give 0 stars if possible! Do not buy from this company. Product is cheap and not fit for purpose but refuse I refund! This product is dangerous and should not be on the market!

The product is nothing like it is advertised. Poor quality. Return is not possible. I’m very frustrated.

DO NOT order from this company. It took over a month to get the product. I bought the 5 in 1 hot air styler, the Dyson dupe which did not work. I requested a refund which was denied. The company requested I send a video of me using the product and I did. I even had the tutorial on that Flawless sent me and I was following that as I was recording me using the product. The response I received was that there is nothing wrong with the product and I should review the tutorials. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company as I would not have. I would give this company a 0 star if I could.

In the first email response from the company after sending them a video of me using the product, their response was I need to review the tutorial that the product worked fine.
I sent a response to the email where I was denied the refund. Their response this time to my email was that it is a hygiene product so they can’t take it back and this information is found on their website. Why would they have me go through making a video…
I was tricked into sending a video of me using the product.
This company is unethical and taking advantage of costumers.

Ordered over a month ago and have received messages days after I send that say there are delays for my product and a tracking number and a link to a website (different tracking site each time) and when they process they say no order has been generated for that tracking number. Going to get a charge back from the credit card because this doesn’t feel like it is a real product despite the online videos. Don’t Trust Flawless Days!

Biggest scammers out 2 months no product better saving up spending the money and buying a shark or Dyson because you will never get the product it’s not about the money it’s that your ripping off innocent people who are looking for dupes how dare you absolutely disgusted

First I get an email saying there are no problems with my order and it should arrive on time. I click the tracking bottom. First thing to appear is "WHOOPS, one of our warehouses..ect ect ect ,lies lies lies.. your order will be late." NOW I read one this morning saying, " whoopsies again, lots of orders, longer wait"
Another company full of lies.

Paid £50 for product that does not work complete tat, asked for the 14 day money back guarantee, no reply, chased, then had to argue that I wanted to return as per their website, cost £25 to return to be told I was too late 39 days had past. Firstly 30 days had not yet passed secondly it would have been sooner had they not ignored me then argued with me. Complete scam do not use these disgusting robbing ****s

Received a call after one of my friends recommend me for a Makeover... It was £40 for 2 people at first I thought this was too good to be true, if it wasn't for my friend putting me forward I would give it a miss I'm so glad I went for it as had an amazing day! Made to feel so special from start to finish, a glass of wine upon arrival then we got our nails, hair, and make up felt like a celebrity for the day. We viewed our pictures at the end of the day I honestly couldn't believe it was me, all the staff were so friendly, we didn't go home empty handed as we both got a picture each to take home, I can't actually believe we got all that for £20 each well worth the money. Me and my friend went for drinks and food after and had a lovely day. The next day I rang and purchased more vouchers to give my sister for a gift for Xmas. Thank you Flawless Studio Middlesbrough had the best day ever!

First my master has been 15 minutes late, then she cut my finger to blood and didn’t even sanitise it.. However, staff members were very polite and kind, so I decided to stay. But the quality is extremely awful. Look what happened to my nails for 50 pounds. I requested a refund obviously and said that I’m going to leave a bad review. After that the lady who has done my nails called me, said she is going to contact my bank and also going to call my university to complain about me! I never seen such an awful service and such a disrespectful staff members who can threaten you!!!! I would never recommend this salon!!!!

Used flawless beauty for the first time and delighted with the service, had lashes and brows done and super pleased with them also bought a couple of things. Kellie very helpful about skin care.
Can not fault at all. 😁
