Irresponsible for the service
I've experienced problems with this several times. They just came without a notice call beforehand (this is the normal practice in Thailand for delivery companies). Then if you are away, they just cancel your order.
Not recommend to use it
Not recommend to use it, very bad customer service, customer complaints are not handled timely, they procrastinate my case and said the period to claim for damages has passed. They leave our package (near the door outside) without informing that they are coming or have delivered my package when they know that items inside are food which needs to be put in the fridge immediately. So the package stayed outside one day/night leading to foods are rotten, boxes are also damaged. I complained them as soon as I know the next day after their delivery (4 May), but they procrastinate to solve my case, asking and giving the same questions and info when I have given them the answers. The total correspondences with Flash Express was 51 but all were in vain as they have no quality business conducts, lack of responsibility and accountability, very poor customer service and very poor in handling customer complaints. Just speechless how on earth they are doing business in Thailand. Very very upset! :(

Using them thru Lazada (sellers cannot choose as per many of them confirmed me) and it’s always a nightmare.

How long does it really take: 7-10 days
They take 2-3 days just to start the delivery and up to a week to finally get to your door. In this timeframe, a human could potentially travel all over the Earth and come back, when they are just moving a box from one Bangkok street to another.

Flash is complete Trash. The worst crap you can ever use. They said 3 days to deliver to Bangkok. They did NOT delivery on time cause me to have to change my international flight or leave without my bags. Cost me over 20,000 Bhat $600 + USD to change the ticket or loose all my belongings. Flash did not even apologize let alone compensate. Do not ever use Flash not so express the company is a huge piece of crap.

Flash say 2 attempts to deliver and 2 phone attempts, phone log says nothing, I was at home no attempt to deliver. Tracking says package failure due to recipient unavailable. Not true, easy to prove no phone calls made. After contact by email the claimed too many orders to deliver. Delivery date rescheduled twice and failure each time, now over a week overdue.
After submitting review, package was delivered within couple of hours.

The Penang Jelutong Branch in Malaysia, the premises is the worst. They will never inform customer to collect back all the improper parcels due to damaged or AWB issues. A lot of so called "missing parcels" occurred. The supervisor with gangsters alike behaviour and napping at the corner of the premises like a King. An international company that can't be trusted. Please do someting to stop adding more "fresh" victims.

No brain to think hmmm maybe the things inside the parcel is expensive maybe i shouldn't throw it like garbage but no. Garbage riders, garbage company, no proof of delivery like photos cuz they know they are guilty for damaging items. Ada otak pakai lah anjing. There is no worse company on earth. There is simply no control over anything. If your package has been picked up by Flash from your seller, it is easier to win first prize in the lottery than to ever see your package again. It can only be too slow to close this company.

Simply the worst courier service I have used in my whole life. Changed my tracking reference, claimed to make attempted deliveries that never happened, lost my parcel, ignored e-mails, phone calls and messages, made multiple promises they never kept then closed the delivery. Avoid Flash at absolutely all costs, use literally any other service.

No intention of delivering a parcel. Just made excuses that we refused delivery. Someone here 24 hours, no one ever came. Rubbish company even their own shop couldn't help, useless.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered yesterday but no one came. At 5PM, the rider tried to call me but I was not able to answer. At 7:37, I spoke with him and he claimed that he went to the area and that no one knows me. I asked him if it was his first time and he said yes as he is from Pampanga. He then said that he will deliver it tomorrow so I told him to call me again when he's near the area. Earlier today, I checked the app and it has a different rider name. I waited the whole day but no one came so I texted the number of the rider. After a couple of minutes, I received an automated call from Flash Express saying that the delivery was unsuccessful. The app shows that the reason is that the buyer was not on the location but I was home the whole day waiting for the parcel. No call or text from the rider. No good!

Same as other peoples wrote, not delivered on time 2 orders from different Lazada shops. Also mentioned, that the deliver guy called me, no call in my call history on phone. Also thai friends told me a lot of parcel get lost or are stolen, special if the goods are paid in advance. I not use any shops more which deliver by flash express.

Multiple times. App will say “courier called and customer requested to reschedule delivery” absolute lies. Phone calls never received and delivery never happens, often resulting in parcel being sent back. Every Flash delivery I have to try to chase the local depot, local depot never answers when calling, main customer service and live chat makes no difference.
