O would give zero stars if I could. I got declined, no issue there. They referred my info onto another"lender" who scammed me out of $980. I am left not able to pay my bills which includes my car loan. I rang and asked who the gave my details to. 2 phone calls they said they don't do that. On a third phone call I told them that I found the email saying they already did and I just want to know who it was. They asked for my evidence to prove it. I asked for their evidence to prove their innocence. Another phone call I let them know that AFCA will find out who because they have a legal obligation to produce that info. Stay away from these people l. It's not the fact that they decline you It's the fact that they sell your info to scammers. The scammer even confessed to this.

Flash money continues to debit my account after the final payment was made. I took out a small loan to cover a few expenses before my payday. Unfortunately I then became critically unwell requiring urgent emergency surgery. I had to take unpaid leave to recover. I informed Flash money of my circumstances, reiterating that this was temporary until I get paid again. They offered no support, in fact their response was punitive - pay a $20 late fee, and my final payment date was extended to the next fortnight - they then deducted the final payment, and a few weeks later an unauthorised payment. Apparently there was ongoing (late/ default) fees being charged after the final payment. I received no communication from Flash money until the unauthorised payment was deducted. The fees are probably written somewhere in the T&Cs but I was so caught up with recovery and attending specialist appointments I barely had the time to check the finer details. Most debtors communicate with their clients via email/sms etc before deducting a payment, but there was no further communication from Flash money since the final (3rd) payment. As such, I was unaware of these fees until they deducted the unauthorised payment.

They lie strait in your face. I was AFTER a funding phonecall, they denied me by saung I have other loans, however it was disclosed numerous time by my broker and me. Also, they said I bounced a payment, which was also a lie , and I proved it to them with screenshot. Nobody is obligated to give a loan to anybody, but so not lie. Bad bussiness practice to put it mildly.

We had several unpleasant encounters with Flash. We have taken and completely repaid 100% on both loans.

In the middle of the second loan we changed banks and notified Flash. For whatever they were slow to process the change and thus there was a short time where the debits were not made. Once the issue was discovered we immediately supplied the data for a second time.

Flash apparently reported this in some system and due to this several other have said they cannot review our application. Flash has twice called looking to see if we want to renew.

The first time was three weeks ago and then again this week. Both times they declined because we “missed” payments even though it was their fault. The second time Monique said she could get that rectified if we sent the information again. She again declined in part due to the “missed” payments.

It’s frustratung because she is calling us telling us she can get a deal done and wasted our time. Nothing changed from the first go around 3 weeks ago so why waste our time??? Lenders are always telling borrowers to be honest. Shouldn’t they practice what they preach.

We have found you cannot believe a single word Flash says.

Flash Advance was so helpful, they guided me through the process every step of the way. I had so many offers for funding but didn't know where to turn.
