WHEN I PLACED THE TWO ORDERS WITH YOU THE PROMISE WAS DELIVERY BETWEEN 18th AND 25th DECEMBER 2025.
YOU HAVE MANAGED TO DISAPPOINT TWO YOUNG GRANDCHILDREN ONE 3 AND ONE 7 YEAR OLD. THIS PROBABLY MEANS NOTHING TO YIU AND YOUR COMPANY. BUT TO THEM IT IS MASSIVELY IMPORTANT.
THIS MORNING YOU JOYFULLY INFORMED ME THAT THE ORDERS HAVE ARRIVED IN THE COUNTRY. WONDERING IF THEY WILL EVEN ARRIVE THIS YEAR!!!!!!
I WOULD NOT HAVE EVEN CONSIDERED PLACING THE ORDERS IF I HAD CHECKED YOUR REPUTATION PRIOR TO LOOKING AT YOUR WEBSITE. IT WOULD APPEAR THAT YOUR UPS IS DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMERS. MORE THAN ONE THIRD OF YOUR REVIEWS ARE 1 STAR. EVENTUALLY THIS WILL MEAN YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMERS. I WONT BE BACK.

Beware additional charges for VIP status

I had an additional charge of £18.79 taken from my account, when I contacting them, they told me I must of ticked a box to become a vip customer! I did not! I was told if I wanted a refund I had to request one, so I did but got no further response. After 4 e-mails & 3 customer contact forms later which gives an automated reponse of "We aim to get back to you within 48hrs or sooner " i still haven't heard anything with no reply to either forms of contact. I'm going to have to contact my bank to see if I can get my money back. This is terrible customer service, to not even bother replying.
So after Flash discount saw the bad review, they sent their usual generic response telling me to e-mail their support address with the subject line "Trustpilot review" & I would get a reponse in 24hrs, i've checked to see if the reply went to spam & it hasn't. It's now 48hrs & still nothing.
Disgraceful!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ADD A MONTHLY CHARGE TO YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION OF £8.99 AND WHEN YOU TRY TO CONTACT THEM REQUESTING A REFUND, THEIR PHONE IS EITHER ENGAGED OF CUTS OFF AND THEY IGNORE ALL EMAILS. THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE WHO HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS ME WHO HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THEIR MONEY BACK.

I didn’t want to give them one star but…

I didn’t want to give them one star but had no other choice. After spending £25.98 on my credit card they then took £11.98 which I never noticed (my fault for not checking each item on my statement).
They took advantage of this and then took £8.99 every month for three months.At last I discovered this and contacted FLASH DISCOUNT. They said that I was a VIP Club member! I had never subscribed!
Once I had contacted them they quickly took another £17.98. The only positive thing was that they have cancelled my subscription…….so they say.

Apparently I have signed for a…

Apparently I have signed for a deduction of £8.99 . Which I have not done. Have tried to have this cancelled. Which till today it has not been. I was even given a reference number. Still not cancelled and no refund as yet . Very disappointed in service
