Fix Screens did a fantastic job fixing my watch after I'd broken the screen falling on a run. The turnaround was incredibly quick and they had excellent communication throughout the process. Three days after my watch arrived at Fix Screens it was back with me good as new!

Great experience with these guys. They sent clear instructions on sending a watch back and explained the process. Once the watch was received, they confirmed receipt and once once the watch was returned, they did the same keeping me updated throughout all stages of the process.

The company does exactly what is says on the tin. They tell you when the watch has arrived, timescales, when it is posted back. Which was all done within 4 working days. I can’t recommend them enough. They were great.

My Huawei smart watch had been out of action for some time due to a non-functioning screen. I had considered buying a new one to replace it but didn't relish the £200-plus price tag. My repair at Fix Screens cost me £70 plus postage and it was returned a couple of weeks later in perfect working order. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

Using Fix Screens was a easy and reliable experience! The team communicated promptly and clearly all the way through with both automated and bespoke/direct messages when needed. Ultimately, my watch’s internal mechanisms were broken so it wasn’t able to be fixed at a sensible cost, but the team advised me on all my options and refunded the advertised cost of the replacement screen. I would definitely use Fix Screens again in the future, and recommend to anyone!

A flawless service from start to finish. I sent my Huawei GT3 watch for repair on on Monday 7.10.24 and it was back with me on Friday 11.10.24. It has been repaired and is like new. The process was 1st class and communication throughout was superb. Thanks!
