FixnFlow charged an exorbitant price for an afternoon’s work on a roof. When I queried the price, I was told it would be at least a day's work, plus some the following day. But it wasn't. Done in a few hours by a tradie and his offshoot. FixnFlow is run by a management group who hire tradies and give themselves a very generous and ridiculous profit margin. They also sent workers out although I advised them it was going to rain. He said they could put up a tarp. They worked on roof in the rain. Did this hamper their effectiveness? I don't know.
I gave them a poor review due to price. They subsequently contacted me by phone. They were not happy to receive a poor review and wanted me to take it down.
