Brilliant service! From the shipping of my coffee machine they were in regular contact and let me know when my machine had arrived to them. They managed to fix it within a day or two, offered a full service which we happily agreed to and I had my machine back by the end of the week. Highly recommended!

My coffee machine stopped working and I was not sure what was going on. I asked them for advice on Whatsup and they suggested before I request a repair I tried with a different filter (completely forgot I had a single wall one) to exclude the possibility it's just the filter needing replacing. And they were right! This is the kind of honest and courteous customer service that really says a lot about a business integrity. I will definitely use their services should I need in the future

From initial contact via what’s app with Rory I just knew I was in safe hands.
I did do a lot of research before choosing Fix my coffee machine and the reviews could not be more true.
Communication was quick and precise, Rory received my machine the day after I sent it, fixed it that day after checking it over, sent me a video of the machine in full working order, once confirmed I received it back next day beautifully packaged . If I am honest it has never worked so well. I would recommend Rory every time .

I can't praise Rory enough for his customer service. I contacted Rory about repairing my Sage Barista Pro and he promptly replied and agreed to take a look at my machine the next day as we live in Bristol. I dropped it off in the morning and by the evening he got back to me to say it was all fixed and serviced. Pure joy.

Rory provided a first class service. Kept me fully informed of what he was doing to repair and service my Sage Barista Express. Great service from Rory. Clear communication via WhatsApp before we packed up and sent our ‘baby’ aka a Sage Express. Rory quickly sent a video explaining/showing the issues with our machine, fixed it and sent it back - all within 4 days! Fab - we’re back on the caffeine 😀

After my machine packed it in last week I got straight on the phone to Rory at 'Fix My Coffee Machine', I was able to drop it off to him on the Friday and by Saturday morning Rory had the issue diagnosed and videos of the problem sent to me on WhatsApp.

Excellent service. I was delighted that Rory managed to fix my 8 year old Barrista Express; it is back to full working order. Exceptionally tidy workshop and great communication via Whatsapp. Flexibility over drop off and pick up timings was much appreciated. Use of videos to help initial diagnosis of the problem was a great idea. Exceptional and very friendly customer service. Very highly recommended.

Looked at various options to fix my Sage Express machine online, deciding to go with FMCM.

Unlike others, able to speak directly with Rory who undertook the repair. Communication was easy, via WhatsApp, and provided helpful advice for packing etc.

The repair was undertaken quickly, with plenty of communication throughout inc. videos showing the issues and repairs carried out.

Rory is brilliant. I must admit I was dubious sending our sage Barista Express off in the post, but there was no need. Rory was extremely communicative, he identified the problem in record speed and had the fixed machine back with me in a matter of days! He even called me after we hit it back for some troubleshooting at no extra charge and talk me through how to keep on top of the maintenance.
