I ordered a replacement banister rail and spindles as well as a 4.2m banister. Their service was great. From booking the parts it told me delivery date at that time. The parts when delivered, were packed really well and nothing was damaged. I fit the 4.2 banister rail first which was really easy to do. The second rail was more complicated having to remove the old one. Once removed the hardest part was cutting the newel post to fit in position. The rest was easy with proper alignment and spacing. I would highly recommend this company to supply oak stair parts.

Communication was excellent, Faye answered my WhatsApp questions quickly and with the info I needed.
The quality of the hand and base rails was excellent as were the metal spindles.
All fitted and looking good. A light sand with 240 grit and some Osma oil on the oak and they come up a treat.
Would definitely recommend to others.

Amazing range of product choice easily browsed on a well made website. Ordered oak and black metal, packaged extremely well and delivered super quickly, the quality has been really good also. I had made a measuring mistake and had to place a further order, i explained the issue and they delivered the replacement part in 24 hours! Absolutely 10/10 service on top of great products and prices!

Oak Unfinished Classic Flooring 15 x 150 x 1900. Returning customer, having previously ordered cladding for stairs, which is excellent quality. Ordered the wood flooring because I was impressed with the stair cladding. It did not disappoint. The quality is excellent and, despite opting for delivery, everything turned up well packaged. These people know how to prepare their products for the less than careful delivery people. I had a lot of dialogue with Faye regarding choice of oil/wax and was going to use OSMO. faye suggested a couple of options and sent out some finished samples for me to consider. In the end, I went with her advice and odered some oil/wax from Fiximer and it performed as expected. It did not yellow the wood like the OSMO did and he finish looks great. These people know their stuff.

Being a very keen DIYer, but both physically and mentally disabled, I decided to have a go. Full cladding set for stairs and two landings. I cannot belive how good everything went. From getting advice on what I would need to support throughout the install. Never had such good customer service before. Big thank you to Faye who was there for my every question. Can I recommend them as a company and their products, hell yes

Bought a sample pack from Fixamer. It contained a good range of products. Worth seeing what the quality and colour was like before ordering for the whoe staircase. Would recommend.

The products are really good. Would be nice to offer finished/prefinished options. Sales support is good but inconsistent - depends who handles the request from sales. One lady that was above and beyond what I would expect, created an order on the phone and sent payment details and a younger miss that would not take an order over the phone and had to put separate orders online rather than fix it then and there, patronising, missed passing on information re. delivery costs that concluded with a delayed order and extra delivery costs; however, delivered next day when this was addressed.
Overall I will use them again. Regardless of that incident, they are reliable and have really good products.

Oak newel post cladding, for 70x70,
the cladding was received quickly, well wrapped, the cladding itself looks very nice and covered the newel post without problem. Only points to highlight it that the outside dimensions were around 72x72, if your adding a cap, it can be one that sits over with a recess if 70x70. Also suggest using a 4 point band clamp as this made the job way easier than had I only used g-clamps.

Easy to navigate website, very good quality material, as described/specified, fast delivery done with care; could not ask for more, great value for money, would recommend to family and friends; a very happy customer.

Not great 🙈 you get what you pay for I suppose, about half the items came marked or damaged but as we didn’t check within the timeframe of 48 hours we left it too late (our own fault) but we didn’t expect things to come so badly 🥲🥲we have used it items and the overall quality is nice it’s just a shame so many things are marked and damaged 🫠🫠

I had an issue with two things. One of the 5 newel post caping was very rough saw vs the other that were perfect. Refuse to replace it. I had to use it took a lot of work and filler. I ordered a filler stick could not find it . They refused to replace it as the video recording showed it was packed . Check 3 time was not in packaging . Felt like a customer is always wrong. I would not use them again
