Excellent service. Work completed swiftly and to a very high standard. My car looks as good as new! Reception both at dropping off and collection was efficient and friendly. Standard of work excellent. Would thoroughly recommend them.

The work on the car is fantastic and I wouldn’t fault it at all, looks like nothing has ever happened to it and I would recommend them based on their work alone. However, when it came to returning the courtesy car the service wasn’t quite as smooth. The receptionist phoned me persistently on a variety of different numbers at unsociable hours and then told me to leave a 5* review.
The work on my car would be 5* but the customer service is a 3 at best. So by all means get your work done here but put your phone on do not disturb.

Following third party accident damage sustained my Insurers put me in touch with Fix Auto Mitcham. Within an hour I had been contacted and the vehicle collected. Due to difficulty with the availabilyu of a part Fix Auto arranged a courtesy car for me at their cost. Throughout I was kept up-to-date with progess. As such all my expectations were managed. Once complete the vehicle was returned and looks like new plus has been very well cleaned. All staff helpful and polite. In summary - a great experience. I hope I do not suffer further third party damage but if I do then Fix Auto Mitcham would be my Number 1 choice!

Honestly, the best auto service around. I left my Volvo with these guys for 2 weeks whilst I was away and they took care of all the body damage caused by an accident. They kept me informed of progress and best of all they personally delivered the car back the day I arrived back in the UK. Can’t fault their service and customer care.

These guys were quick and efficient and I’m really grateful to them as I’d had a heart attack just after my accident and I didn’t have to worry. They got the keys, took it away, repaired and brought it back as good as new without me having to worry or chase them. Nice change from the rest of the service industry .👍👏

The guys at fixauto Mitcham are great. Although my insurance company messed me around and didnt send me my hire van twice, the guys at fixauto made me feel welcome and made me tea/coffee while i was waiting. They are all really nice and friendly. The work they did to my van is amazing, i would never know it had been involved in an accident. Even though I'm moving from the area i would make the 2 hour drive to use these guys again. Would Highly recommend
