From our first contact with Auto-Fix they were friendly, helpful, good communication/explanation with first class service. Definitely recommend.

I pranged the rear side door of my car and arranged the repairs via my insurer. It was a very easy experience and they put me in touch with Fix Auto Mid Devon. The assessment process was very simple - providing photos of the car, VIN and damage then a pick up date was arranged along with drop off of a courtesy car. I am a tall person and asked if they could provide something bigger than the usual tiny hatchback. They well and truly delivered for me with a Suzuki S-Cross SUV!
They had a cancellation so were able to process the repair quicker than planned. They kept in touch informing me when the re-paint phase was completed, prior to refit. A call a day later informed me my car was ready.
The car looks as good as new. Thank you, Fix Auto.

My handbrake failed and hit another car, they fixed the other car and helped me with mine. My car turned out to be a total loss but without Ash’s help it would have been so much more stressful. He helped me with the whole process etc from start to finish, was always there at the end of the phone/emails.

I just want to say what a great job the team at FixAuto on my car this week.. unfortunately a scratch appeared on the passenger door which went to the metal so knew it needed attention… Ash very quickly gave a quote and car booked in and work completed within a week!
