Went out of the way to fix vehicle very quickly. Excellent service & excellent repair. Staff extremely helpful.

I have tried to be fair in my rating of only 2 stars.

The service has been excellent. Only time will tell if the repair is lasting.
My only criticism is that prior to the repair I had reported that there was and still is, a knocking noise coming from the Front Passenger side. I believe this started when I had my bump.

Fix Auto (Lichfield) decided not to contact my Insurance company on this issue. I did ask them how much it would cost for me to pay privately.
At nearly £500, I decided to decline.

Would I recommend Fix Auto (Lichfield). Not sure

A member of staff came and took photo s of damage on request. I was given a date for the car to be repaired A curtesy car was delivered to my house when mine was collected. The reverse happened when mine was repaired. Overall the service I received was very good.

Body work was fine, as was the timescale. However, for some strange reason, I received the car back with both front headlight bulbs not working.

I can only say there service was 2nd to none. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Was seen quickly and talked through everything and told they would handle the process from start to finish.
Which they did no hassle to myself.
The car returned to me in exceptional condition.

My car was involved in an accident and I trusted my insurance company to send my car to a reputable garage for repairs. My car was sent to Fix Auto in Lichfield. I don’t know whether the mechanic was lazy or just having a bad day but the workmanship was appalling. They left a dent in the back of my car and just cover it up by using the bumper. However, over time this dent let in water which leaked into my boot. I was left having to pay almost £500 to put right what they did wrong.
