I had all the confidence in the repair that SLM would complete, as I know 2 of the apprentices who work there. They advised me that the engineer who was to repair my car was one of the best at the repair centre. My accident was 19th October but I only received my car back 16th January! I am very happy with the quality of work executed on my car but I am frustrated that it has taken so long to complete the work. Also I had no contact from the repair Centre to advise me what the delay was during this 3 months, it was always me contacting them!
They have apologised for not keeping me advised.

Very professional from start to finish finished on time

It took a bit longer to repair than expected but when our car arrived back it looked great. And it was cleaner than when it was picked up!

Extremely pleased with the service I received from Fix Auto during the stressful time of dealing with insurance companies.
From the outset I was impressed with the assessors attention to detail when taking notes of the damage. The excellent service continued with Mike on reception keeping me in the loop with the progress that had been made on the vehicle as well as his positive outgoing personality, whilst dealing with me if he didn't know the answer he would promise to find out & let me know.
Very pleased with the service I received throughout.

Everyone I spoke to at SLM Body Repair Centre was very helpful and encouraging - important when you have been involved in an accident. The repair itself is first-class, and was completed in less time than the original estimate.

My interactions with Fix Auto were all fine, they collected and returned the car as promised, professional at all times. The only issue was that they insisted that the courtesy car be returned with the same amount of fuel in it, while returning my repaired electric car with significantly less battery than when they took it away, less than 10% left compared to 40% when collected. It meant that the first thing I had to do after getting my car back after 3 weeks absence was leave it charging for hours before I could use it. It just seems like a double standard and I'm fairly sure if the roles were reversed I'd have been billed for very inflated petrol.

Service was excellent and every single member of staff I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. They've done a great job repairing my car and it's as good as new.

Only one thing was that it took a couple more days than originally estimated, which is fine but I didn't receive an update about this until I called them to ask how it was all going.

It was perfect they brought me a curtesy car and took mine, fixed it and cleaned it then brought it back home to me, totally awesome and completely stress less

Great value for money, helpful staff. Kept up-to-date on progress and completed the job early.

Very friendly, helpfull, professional. Would recommend anyone there anytime. Car was completed and washed before due time, no waiting and communication was top class!

The work was great downside it took a month.
