Collected car day before Christmas Eve. Car was stood in the rain so obviously couldn’t inspect it. Fallowing morning I had chance to inspect. Wow. Absolutely appalling very poor repair paint wrong colour paint not fully covered rubber door seal’s not even removed for painting. Looks like a child has done the repair. 😱😱

My car needed bodywork repairs following an accident. Auto Hartlepool contacted me and arranged a date to carryout the repairs, they kindly offered to pick my car up and return it due to the long distance between my home and themselves. I had to wait 3 weeks before they could start the work but they arrived on time were professional and courteous.
The repairs took a bit longer than expected but I received a call from their customer service department apologising for the delay. Return of my car was made at a convenient time to me and when it was delivered, the repair was excellent and my car was fully valeted. The service I received from all staff members was top notch and I would definitely recommend.

It was fantastic service all the the staff were amazing and very poilte and cheerful. I was always kept up to speed with the progress of my vechile. When I went to collect my be home I was taken out to my car and was asked if I was happy with the work that had been done. My reply was excellent I was 100% satisfied from start to finish thank you again Vauxhall amazing work.

Everyone has been fab, so helpful and friendly and kept in touch lots with updates on our car. We are so happy he is back home safe and sound and really grateful for everyone's help :)

I had a beautiful car until 2 x men, on different occasions, used the front and back of my car to buffer their parking. Following a not unreasonable amount of time at Drive Vauxhall, Hartlepool, my Mercedes returned brand new again! The service was above and beyond and a very happy result at the end.
