I would like to personally thank Nick at Fix Auto Harlow, for overseeing the great repair works to our Mercedes A250. Nick’s customer care was of the highest level, he dealt with any issues or concerns we had in a calm and professional manor, nothing was a problem and his attention to detail was excellent.

Amazing!!
Had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the guys from Fix when someone rearranged the front of my car while unoccupied.
From the get go everyone I dealt with were brilliant! Happy, helpful and really nice from the girls at reception to Adam and the rest of the team and management.
My car was repaired and came back looking good as new in no time!
Couldn't recommend them more. Thank you for everything!

Fix Auto Harlow repaired my car perfectly. They kept me informed of the repair progress. The repair only took a week, which was a lot quicker than other companies I have used.

Genuine and helpful service

She has gone over and above throughout a complicated process with our insurance company but managed to deliver an exceptional, professional but also personal service. She always got back to me when she said she would and also got my car delivered back to me effortlessly the SAME DAY.
