A toe rag decided to damage my offside quarter of my Mercedes GLE 350 4Matic AMG, It looked a right mess.
Pattersons of Felixstowe did a fantastic job on the car, she is as good if not better than before the incident.
I fully recommend Pattersons, they were always courteous om the phone and managed to finish my car the day before I was away with my Grandson in the caravan.

A sorry accident but also a pleasure
I have recently had to have my car repaired.
My experience with this company has been quite exemplary. Their customer relationship has been a pleasure for me to deal with. Their repair was absolutely first class. I hope never to have to avail myself with their services (obviously)

Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service and great workmanship for my car repair. Car was collected on time and courtesy car was automatic which was over and above what was expected. I was kept informed every step of the way and everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful.
I couldn't fault any aspect of this experience. A real quality establishment.
