I cannot recommend Fix auto Crawley more highly. The ladies in the office are exceptional, superb customer service. My initial telephone call was with Jasmine and she was so professional and also very understanding and put my mind at ease about my whole situation which I am extremely grateful for. My communication throughout the process with both Jasmine and Kali have been excellent they have called and text keeping me updated on the repairs. Both people who delivered and collected the courtesy car were lovely and very helpful. The repairs made to my car are outstanding you would never know anything had happened to the car it is flawless. The time scale was incredible and with Christmas upon us too it was done so promptly. I am so impressed with the all aspects of fix auto.

When trying to negotiate a number of companies after an accident, Fix Auto Crawley were the only one that gave consistent excellent advice and reassurance when it was most needed. Kally, Jasmine and Andy, did a great job. I would however like to single out Kally for her incredible kindness and support. It really made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Fix Auto was the repairer for a minor bumper repair. From the start they were friendly, professional and had things moving far quicker than I expected.
I have always thought that you learn more from companies when things go wrong. In this case a minor scuff occurred on a nearby panel during the repair. On speaking with the team at Fix Auto they quickly acknowledged the issue and promptly put things right, with sincere apologies for the inconvenience. I cannot speak highly enough of how genuinely nice all the team were at every interaction.

Customer service was outstanding - the receptionists were always really helpful. Quick service. Car was returned spotlessly clean and shining! Repairs seem to be faultless.

My car was picked up and taken to the Crawley branch, Work was completed in a week (and it was not a small repair after a RTC) every team member I spoke to was helpful and informative and the process was so easy! Can I give 10 stars?

What a fantastic job you guys have done on my car! The whole process from start to finish has been first class. The car was repaired, resprayed and delivered back to looking brand new. Very very disappointed. It took them four months to pick the car up. They had it over three weeks then brought car back. On closer look you could see runs in the paint on the doors and a large run of paint on the rear wing. They collected again and had it just a week or so and brought it back. There is still a large run on the rear wing. There is obviously no quality control here. Plus when car came back on the first time the engine management light was on and it is still on. Now this was not on when they had it first!!! It has a foot long run on the rear arch above the bumper.

0 STAR!!!!!! WARNING !!!!!! DO NOT USE! Refuse for your insurance company to use this cowboy company!! I have a motability car a drink driver caused apparently according to fix autos £13.5k of damages. The foreign lady on the phone said it was a 99.9% a write off. The next week i called it was repairable said there engineer. THE GARAGES ENGINEER MAKES THE DECISION TO REPAIR YOUR CAR NOT THE INSURANCE! PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THIS! INSURANCE WILL CONFIRM. 54% of the cars value. SHOULD BE A WRITE OFF! They texted this friday gone to say the car is ready for collection then when i call they said it has further warning lights on it. When going to VW showing them the damage and explaining the cost VW themselves said “Cowboys must be fixing the car” luckily motability have allowed us to end the lease of this car due to circumstances. The car has been with this garage for 5 weeks now. I will attach photos of the damage. I will also update my review when i have the car back within my possession i have absolutely no doubt this car will forever now have problems because of these horrendous cowboys. REQUEST YOUR INSURANCE USES ANOTHER GARAGE! YOU CAN DO SO! PLEASE DO NOT USE!
