Bought a Nikon rechargeable battery from them off Amazon. Wouldn't charge beyond 8-9% and was useless for my camera.

When I tried to remedy this problem with them they refused.

Bought an item for £49.99 on 17 January 2026. I received a refund on 18 January.

Fivercam said on email that the item was already sold that is why they are cancelling it.

I looked at the website and found that the item was still there, same product code, says on stock, but with £125.00 price now.

Definitely not a good business practice.

Would have been a bit better if they said they made a mistake in pricing, but lying, not good.

Ordered and received Lens properly packaged and well within ebay timeline.
Fivercam are approachable and helpful.

Nice camera no instructions and I received a plug and don't no where to plug it in . It would be nice with instructions tbh

Very poor service of this company. I raised a concern about a camera. It was almost like it was to much trouble. The camera did not meet my needs. Items were also mix matched. Careful with this company.
