Avoid using merchants that process payments through Fiuu (formerly Razer Merchant Services).
When taking your money, payments are deducted instantly without any issue. However, when an order is cancelled or a refund is due, it becomes a nightmare.
Refunds routinely take more than a month, or completely disappear in transit without ever being credited back to your bank account or e-wallet.
Both the merchant and Fiuu will claim on their backend that the transaction is "cancelled/refunded," but the actual funds never show up, forcing consumers to spend weeks chasing between the gateway, merchant, and issuing banks/wallets to trace missing money.
Zero efficiency and zero accountability for missing funds. Exercise extreme caution when paying through this gateway.
