I've had the scale for a few years. The original app was poor, and when they switched to the Hume app things got even worse. With the Hume app I couldn't figure out how to get past the ads to pay for some sort of subscription. After much fussing I got it to work again, but my data is not easily accessible. There are some graphs over time, but they don't provide the details I would like. Data is collected every time I weight in. Where's the data? As for the accuracy, it seems iffy. I gain or lose 2 pounds of muscle in a day based on fluctuations in my water weight. The descriptions they provide also leaves much to be desired. The scale is anything but smart. There must be something better out there.

Ordered my Fittrack after watching You Tuber "Low Carb Love". Ordered on 3/3 and did not hear back on shipping so chatted online. Took a while for them to respond saying it would go out this week. In the meantime, I tried to get a head start by uploading the App on my iphone. After many attempts it kept saying not available for my device. I then saw many reviews on the App site which said the new App is no good and crashes continually. So, I have since tried to email and chat to CANCEL my order but have not heard back. 888-627-4376 phone no good.

I ordered my fittrack in the beginning of February about two weeks after I ordered it I reached out via email asking why is it just a shipping label and why haven’t they shipped the order out yet they responded saying that there’s gonna be a delay I will get the item by the end of February. It’s now the beginning of March. I reached out to them the end of February Asking for a refund. They told me they will talk to their team about getting me a refund. They still haven’t gave me a refund. Good thing I paid via PayPal so I have a case against them. Hopefully I get a refund from my item that I never received.

I wish I had read these reviews first. I ordered this scale a month ago and it still hasn't shipped. I told them to cancel my order and provide a refund. They refuse to give me a refund. I've opened a fraud case with my bank to attempt to get a refund. This company is a SCAM. Buyer beware!!!

I have had my scales for three years and all worked fine until the update. Now doesn’t download data to my phone. Reached out to help desk-useless. I cancelled my subscription.

First of all- the product is the most accurate scale I’ve ever used. And that’s why I bent over backwards and this company was/is still a lying dishonest Gonif.

The company. Dishonest. Lying. And I can prove it. I owe the first version of this scale and it’s amazing so I went to the site and bought the newest Dara 2.0 with larger platform and 20% more accurate etc. I also contacted my fitness buddies who all separately bought the 2.0. Mind you- the old model 1.0 was on clearance but we spend almost $100 each for the new one.

The con begins- they didn’t have the scale. The email says next shipment coming in the next few weeks.

Next: 3 weeks later I get an email. Hey shipment is in. Your scale will ship with tracking info in 3-5 days!

Next: 1 week later :-( it ships. Fine. Can’t wait. It’s only been a month but I’m excited.

Then one by one me and my buddies all get our separate orders and I look at the scale and go- huh. This looks similar to my 1.0. And sure enough. They sent me, and every single friend of mine the old scales with invoice printouts saying they are 2.0

The Con continues: you have to use chat function and it takes 1-3 days to actually talk to someone. It’s so horrendous we took shifts on computer so we didn’t miss when someone responded. They did acknowledge they made an innocent mistake and sent me return label plus a promise to send out the right scale.

I returned the 1.0 and waited. No email saying they sent the new one

The Con still continues: 1 week later (now it’s been 6 weeks from order date) and I have to get back on chat and demand they send me new scale or refund. They then write back and say we are sending new scale and I got the email saying wait another 3-5 days.

What happens next: I email again saying hey, make sure this is the 2.0. Verify. I don’t want the same old thing to keep happening.

Then they email back 1 week later and say all they have are the old models. They don’t know when they will get the new ones. But hey; they offered for me to keep my “mistake” scale 1.0 for 50% off.

So I emailed back explaining I already have a 1.0. I sent back the mistake already. And I demanded refund.

Took another week and I finally got the refund

Horrible. Dishonest. Company should be shut down.

As for the scale- buy it used on eBay and stay away from these devils.

Got the scales about a year ago worked fine, until December when they "updated" the app and made it all completely useless. Without the app functioning they're just an ordinary set of scales, not "smart". Save your money.

Purchased two scales on Jan 2nd. Got my order straighened out Jan 6th. Received the scales Jan 26th. Unsuccessful in getting on the app. After three hours of "chat" with company (no online assistance available) discovered they sent me the wrong temp password. Added in the supposed correct password and I can log in on my desktop now but not the app on my iphone. Company rep says she's escalating issue to engineering, and they need 24 to 48 hours to get back to me. Would love to get a refund but scared that would be another "chat" saga.

Been waiting for my products I ordered or a refund since 2021. They will respond but don’t hold up their end of the bargain. There’s absolutely no follow through with this company.

Terrible customer service!
I ordered my Fittrack scale over 6 weeks ago to be given as a Christmas gift. The website stated shipping within 3-5 days. I still haven’t received it. I emailed and they said it was on the way, but the tracking showed it a shipping label has been generated but not picked up by UPS. They didn’t even have the decency to respond with the truth…

Been waiting for 6 weeks for this and it states I am waiting for a label which has been two weeks now. No one replies to my chat or emails. So we have to dispute the charges. SCAM

Same as others experience. Ordered and no mention of shipping delays. Two weeks later received email of high volume and shipping delays. I sent an email to cancel the order and refund my money and received a shipping notification the next day and an email that said it was too late to cancel with the order in process. The shipping label is still sitting on USPS site with no package or shipment. It has been 2 weeks since the shipping label was created and the company still refuses to cancel the order. Total scam.

I have had the same experience as most of these reviews. Ordered, didn't hear anything, did a chat said shipping would be delayed. Received a shipping label notification but two weeks later no movement. The chat now says it will be several hours for a response and I get no response to my emails (I have sent 3). BUYER BEWARE.

Ordered a month ago. Tried to cancel when they said delivery would be delayed. They said it was too difficult to cancel at that point. I disagreed and told them to cancel and refund my money. They created a shipping label a few days later. Tracking shows it still hasn't been picked up from their facility. They have over 590 BBB complaints. I added to them today.

Order on 12/29/23 and have not received product. Left a message for customer service and did not hear back from them. However the next day, I received message stating product had shipped yet the tracking number shows that USPS is waiting for the item…only label printed. The website talks about fast shipping. Extremely disappointed!

This is a total scam. Look at the recent reviews here and on the App Store (Hume health is the app) - everybody has the same issues and nothing has been done about it.

30 day money back guarantee? They won’t respond so that goes out the window. You will be left with a product that is essentially useless and no way of getting your money back.

The scales are totally inaccurate and the app just doesn’t work.

First of all I received two sets of scales that didn’t even work. Third set did but now the app won’t function. I’ve managed 4 weigh ins but now there’s no option to weigh in and collect data unless I subscribe to the app. I wish I had read the trust pilot reviews before I purchased this useless set of scales.

App is glitchy and haven't even received my order yet. Not very good customer service. They will ask you to download multiple shipment tracking apps before they even ship the order. Their fulfillment services are lacking big time.

Shifty advertising. Be aware that without paying the app subscription of over $100AUD annually, your scales will NOT do any of the things you have purchased it for (except weigh you, like any basic scale). I used the app without subscribing and the app would not detect the scales, so I could see no data. The minute I agreed to a trial subscription of the "full" app it could magically detect the scales so I could then access the information. Don't bother trying to set it up without subscribing to the full app.

As a personal trainer with over 30 years experience I am truly disappointed to have to leave such a negative review. After using the fit track app for over a year I was really happy with the diagnostics of my scale. So when offered the option I decided the so called upgrade to the HUME app. What a mistake. Even after 4 weight readings per week for 2 months it is unable to generate a health score. Citing that it has not got the weights recorded, although the diagnostics are clearly visible. I have tried to contact Hume 4 times over the last 6 weeks and have not even received acknowledgment of receipt of my cries for help. I am going to cancel my subscription and bin the scales. What a shame from a product that showed so much promise. Goodbye.
