I’ve purchased equipment from a number of fitness companies over the years, and I can honestly say Fitshop has provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time.
From start to finish, communication was excellent. Every query I had was answered quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. The team kept me informed throughout the process and made everything straightforward and hassle-free.
What impressed me most was the responsiveness. Even on a Friday, when many companies can be difficult to get hold of, the Fitshop team were on it immediately and continued to provide updates and support without delay.
A special mention to Alisha, who was outstanding throughout. Professional, friendly, proactive, and clearly committed to delivering great customer service.
The equipment arrived exactly as expected, and the entire experience left me with complete confidence in the company.
If you’re looking for a fitness equipment supplier that genuinely values its customers and backs that up with excellent communication and support, I would highly recommend Fitshop.

Full marks to the staff, they were all very helpful and Senti especially went above and beyond in helping find the correct equipment I was looking for.

Great advice, as ever!
We were purchasing an all in one trainer for a home gym but were unsure of what we wanted. Initially helped by Craig and then by Erin, we received expert advice from both which allowed us to make an informed decision. Erin was fantastic
Erin was fantastic, she was really helpful and friendly, she understood my needs and was able to offer options and a tailored package to suit, something that the website certainly couldn't do.
Given how bespoke the order was to suit us, as we are private buyers had never kitted out our own gym, this was a considerable purchase and one we needed to get right, so having Erin to speak with made the whole experience less daunting, easier to navigate and even fun.
