Never received order, don’t reply. Emailed several times they have never got back to me!!! Don’t be conned like me!!!!

Disgusting! Will be reporting them to trading standards. Have to give another 7 days before I can make a claim against them via my bank! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!

Sent the wrong item and nearly impossible to contact the company for a replacement.
The "Contact Us" link goes nowhere - just back to the Homepage. No one answers the Online Chat, and no one answers the phone (I had to Google the Tel no, as it's nowhere on their site) - tho someone does appear to cut the call off. Eventually I kept redialling 'til a guy answered. He wasn't interested in what I tried to tell him and said "send an email" repeatedly, but gave no email address.
He then said he would WhatsApp me, and as I was about to ask for email address, he hung up. Unsurprisingly, no WhatsApp msg.
Really a company to be avoided - I've wasted precious time trying to make any form or contact and am no closer to getting the problem resolved.

Impossible to communicate with these people. Unfortunately I did not check Trustpilot first and see thes other bad reviews, all of which match my experience. They queried my delivery address, but I have had no further contact and don't know whether I will ever receive my ordered item or refund. Their claimed WhatsApp customer service chat function does not work. AVOID

Their website says that WhatsApp is the fastest way to get in touch with them. So I contacted them on WhatsApp requesting them to cancel my order and refund my money. That was 5 days ago. Seen them online multiple times since then however they never even opened my messages. They deliberately ignore my request for a refund and order cancellation. Scam and fraud, going to get a third party involved.

Usually I don't post reviews but this time I add to make my comments regarding this website.
Last week I purchased a intex 220x160 rectangular swimming pool from this website as the price was very competitive.
On the website it was mentioned that delivery would take 2 to 3 days but when I received the email confirmation it was saying that delivery could take a month.
I sent straight away a email and a message through WhatsApp stating that I was expecting to receive my item in less than a week otherwise I wanted to cancel the order.
By the end of the afternoon I tried to call but no response and then about a couple hours after they call me back and asked me if I was okay with the a bit larger poll (260x160) that they add in stock and would deliver straight away without any further charges or if I wanted to wait one or two days for a new stock to arrive but they couldn't guarantee that it would arrive in that time frame
Therefore I didn't want to take risks and accepted the upgrade and I just received it with no faults.
I'm very happy with the full service and communication.

I have also ordered a yoga mat and it has been radio silence after I have emailed them and whats app them asking about delivery times. I would not recommend anyone to use this company

So, I purchased their Super thick 20mm thick yoga/fitness mat - £34.99. It said it was in stock.

Great - parted with the cash however, a warning stating that due to Covid, some deliveries were taking up to a month! Well, mine was delivered at 1 month! Bit strange as it said the item was in stock, and I do not see the same issues with other on-line retailers - so there is the first upset.

Next, mat arrived but folded up - not rolled as you would expect. Also, the mat is of course made from a rubber/foam type substance but some idiot at their company decided once they had folded the mat, to use a strong Sellotape to then hold it folded. Now, we all know what Sellotape does to a foam surface if you try and take it off - basically no chance and peels off the foam surface or rips! Why on earth would you use Sellotape on a foam mat… And as it was folded - has got some very nasty creases straight across the mat.

Not very impressed at all - certainly not worth the money when some company idiot used the Sellotape!

I would advise anyone thinking of buying from these people to NOT do so. Having now read a lot of the reviews - seems a lot of people have also had issues. DO NOT USE!!!

Absolutely disgusting charging £35 for 2kg worth of weights which where labels as 12-2kg weights. Making the customer believe there were 12 weights weighing 2kg each, an absolute Scam!

Awful service. I ordered an item, 48 working days later it has not been delivered. I have requested a refund which they have said they will do however I have not received confirmation this has been processed and their response to emails/WhatsApp is slow and unprofessional. I will be taking this up with my card provider if I have not received the refund in 3 days.

Don't even try to get hold of anyone - live chat, phone number, email all FAKE.

Luckily my credit card is looking in to it and refunding me.

Not a UK Warehouse and still haven't received my item after more than a month as it had to come from China (I don't even need it anymore now lockdown is over). Customer service not very responsive, the WhatsApp option took 2 days to get back to me. Overall a bit disappointed.

Excellent service! I asked if my pool heater could be sent urgently and they arranged a courier for the next day. Of course I had to pay extra, but I was happy to do that as I needed the heater ASAP. The price was very competitive too. And most companies were out of stock. So, all in all, a very satisfactory experience. I would definitely buy from them again!
