Fake people to work with. They don’t allow returns and do not respond to emails

Bought 4 pairs of joggers from FE, first pair took 4 weeks to come but 2nd pair was a week. However, I absolutely love all 4 pairs, nice quality and fit perfectly. Thank you 🙏 👍😁

Shocking,ordered 2 pairs, there baggy as ! Quality shite, chinese crap, nothing like picture, and seems like a waste of time teying to get a refund!

Do not buy this product. Shipping takes an extremely long time and the quality is very poor. The items are shipped from China.
They do not respond to emails.
I received mine today and immediately requested a return, but they are charging me to send it back and warned that refunds can take months.

Completely not worth it. I strongly suspect the positive reviews are fake.

Just received order not realising its a fake Chinese company. Very cheap rip off of items I thought I was getting. In the bin £90 wasted.

Took the money, said delivered but wasnt and now dont respond to emails. Avoid scammers.

I came across ads and thought these are very good looking pants and ordered a pair and paid USD 42.00
However quality of material isn't nearly worth. If I saw them before ordering, I wouldn't pay more than $10. Color that I thought I ordered was totally different than what I got and return would cost me almost what I paid so overall I am very disappointed with the quality. It's nothing close to what you think you are getting.

Avoid at all costs. Sent about 10 messages asking for a returns address as none listed on site and no response from anyone to any of my messages .

This company places false ads claiming to have 4,000+ reviews at a 4.7 rating

Il s'agit d'une arnaque total suite a une commande reçu seul un articles était un article que j'avais commandé. Donc mail au service client qui ne daigne même pas répondre .
Donc pour résumé il faut fuir ce site mal honnête et surtout incompétent.

Ho appena ricevuto 3 paia diversi e sono esattamente come si vedono in foto, di buona qualità e ottima vestibilità Fit. Personalmente sono molto contento perche era cio che cercavo.

Complete scam, says on website that it has an easy 30 day return policy, it has no such thing, there is no info on website how to return & the chat system is fake & doesn’t work, I sent 3 emails to them & finally got an answer telling me to send to an address in china at my own expense, ..product was cheap & flimsy and not as advertised & not worth me spending more money to send back.
You cannot leave reviews on sites they advertise on like instagram & Facebook or on their own website. They have obvious fake reviews showing, which are made to look like they come from a third party review site like trust pilot, but you cannot click on any links to take you to them.
Stay away & do not waste your money

Warning! Absolute scammers. Do not order from this company. Have had terrible experience. They do not allow you to review their purchases on Instagram or Facebook. Stay away.

Fitness Engineering is located in China and past experiences have taught me that oversees companies do not respond to email complaints/concerns or online chats. Additionally, no telephone number is located on the websites. 3 of the 4 items I ordered were of ok quality. The 4th item I received was of low quality (i.e. stitching and material). Contacted the company several times and have not received a response. My recommendation ........Order at your own risk!!!

Ordered clothing and it was terrible quality. Reached out to return and found out they were a China company. I sent back the return and was promised a refund in 7 days. It’s been 30 days and I have not received a refund and they did not return any of my emails after I shipped the item even though they said to reach out to them if I didn’t see the return come through. Scammers.

Absolute scam. Sent me a Medium when I ordered a XL. The XL they sent is not even close to a normal XL. Asked to return and refund and they notified me that the cost to ship back to them is on me. And they are also in China. Do not buy from this website.

Poor quality, wrong sizing, awful customer service.
