Great product but took over 2 weeks to arrive hence 4 stars.

The hat was exactly as described, its comfortable to wear and folds up to go in a suitcase without the shape being spoilt. Very pleased with my purchase. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

I miss read your website and thought that I was filling in a enquiry form, not a order form.
I did email you the same day and asked you a question, up to now I not received any response.

I think that it's a lovely ring but don't fit me so what a waste of money

Purchased 2 pairs of glasses but when I tried them on the lenses were different they were supposed to be the same in both pairs but one pair looking through was blurrier than the other. The glasses themselves are nice fit

We ordered a light, foldable, brimmed summer hat as advertised on Facebook.
They overcharged PayPay account by almost £9 more than the item was advertised for.
It took absolutely ages (ie about 4 weeks+) to arrive. When chasing for a delivery Date, we got very little useful info from their customer services team. When it did finally arrive, the product was not as described. The advert said it was made from 100% papyrus which we were pleased about as this meant the hat would be showerproof. In reality, the label inside the hat said it was made from 100% paper. So not showerproof at all, and very flimsy. Avoid this company!

I have been waiting a very long time only for a customs slip to be posted where I have pay significantly more then the original purchase just to have it released. Customer Service say they cant do anything and as yet are not willing to refund. This service is a disgrace and I strongly advise not to purchase from these guys at all.

Unfortunately one of them broke but the other 3 do the job

The drive arrived as promised, not much in the way of instructions but the automatic access to the app was easy as was downloading the photos from the iPhone 13… so far so good.

When I placed the order the invoice showed it being just over £4 more than advertised. I emailed them straightaway and the refund was taken off the invoice before the amount had been taken from my account.
