I have read all the reviews about Fishmee or Starcreatedf as it was originally called when I paid for a dress on February 6th 2021.
I have still not received it, over 4 months later. They make excuses in every badly spelt email, the tracking number was invalid, they said they had sent it to the wrong address but wouldn’t tell me where. They then said they had re-sent it,next email asked for my order number and address. They then blamed Covid for the delay! I contacted PayPal but was told the following.
‘We’ve reviewed the transaction and are denying your claim. This decision was made because WE RECEIVED SHIPMENT TRACKING FROM THE SELLER CONFIRMING THAT THE ITEM WAS DELIVERED.’
I cannot believe PayPal has not investigated this company itself, seeing as there are so many complaints, it’s obviously a scam. I thought we had some kind of protection from PayPal, but obviously not. Do NOT buy from FISHMEE and check/double check any online purchase from companies in China.

As all the reviews say, it is a scam. They sent me tracking details from Royal Mail who said they had delivered the item but no parcel was delivered. They said they would contact the delivery company and fob me off every time I email for an update. They have ignored my demands for a refund. Do not order from them, you will be giving your money away.

Minus stars if at all possible. DO NOT order from this company - as all the reviews say they are scammers with no goods to actually sell and the tracking is total nonsense. You get a computer generated response when you contact 'support' (that's a joke in itself) - hopefully enough people will read these reviews to stop their business entirely.

This is my second review on here regarding this company who are nothing but fraudsters taking money for goods they do not have! Fifteen emails later they have categorically said they cannot refund for non-delivery. They have referred me to the tracking company who have not got the item. I get stupid emails back saying sorry but be patient. Who are these thieves and how are they allowed to get away with this!

THIS IS A CON - I ordered a dress on 4th Feb - it is now the 9th April and still not delivery - I tracked down the owner company 'Star Created' and have had some emails from them but they are just fobbing me off - am going to see if I can get a refund from my credit card company - this was from a facebook ad so I will repot to them also - they might not be advertising as fishmee anymore so I will always check out whether a company is owned by star created before ordering anything

Starcreatedf is mentioned as another name for this company? If so I used them and paid for an item using PayPal- I could not contact StarCreated even through contacting PayPal ; no email of my order was ever sent to me. Royal mail state they delivered the tracked item but it was not to my address. Looks like I've lost my money.

I ordered a dress that I saw advertised on Facebook in February. Despite several emails to the company, it has not arrived and 'tracking' details are all in Chinese. I have noticed that they are no longer advertising on Facebook.

Total con artists. Ordered 2 months ago ... not heard anything but charged tax without consent and then disappeared! Contacted PayPal and reported scam. Don’t sent any money to this disreputable company... if something is too good to be true - it IS!!!! How are they allowed to advertise on Google??

I don’t want to give any stars for this company. On 31 January I ordered a dress and it is now 10 March and no sign, so almost 6 weeks. Every time I email customer support, I get an apology telling me it is in the post - but they cannot give me a shipping or tracking no! This is clearly a scam company so please beware.

I ordered some women’s winter warm booties well over a month ago for £39.99. There is still no sign of them despite having been told they have been shipped.

Do not touch this company it is clearly a scam.

NOT WORTH ANY STARS I found this company on Facebook. They seem to sell a lot of things but it was a dress I quite liked. I approved the payment but when the transaction went through an extra £5 had been added without my approval. Within minutes of the original transaction going through I cancelled it, but they have said it is already sent. Nasty scammers who should not be allowed to trade on FB. Also known as Starcreatedf.co.ltd
