From the outset, we felt immediately reassured by Stephen’s professionalism, knowledge and complete clarity; we knew straight off that we were in exceptionally capable hands. Stephen quickly found us the ideal mortgage product for our needs, and expertly guided us through the application process. From valuation to mortgage offer issue felt like no time at all.

Our subsequent flat sale and related purchase were both unfortunately besieged with issues, and dragged out over 2 years.
