Great experience! Working with First Charter Bus Rental was quick and efficient. Everyone we talked to was extremely helpful and the communication was very timely. We requested a bus only a few days ahead of time and they were able to accommodate our needs. Our driver was also friendly and punctual. We will definitely use the company again!

Our bus trip was exactly what we needed for our work celebration dinner. Pickup and drop off were on time and Mark the driver even checked in earlier in the day to confirm. We booked a bus to shuttle guests from our hotel to the wedding venue. The bus literally never showed up. After ~10 minutes of waiting for the bus we called and were told if would take at least half an hour just to get a bus to pick up our guests at the hotel. Guests has to scramble at the last minute to find ubers or drive to the wedding on an extremely busy Saturday in the Pittsburgh North Shore. We had to delay our wedding and some guests still missed the entire ceremony.

Had a wonderful experience using first charter for our wedding day bridal party and guest transportation! They were accommodating to our timeline changes and communication was very easy. Drivers were fantastic and helped make our day perfect!

Miss Renee is awesome but the drivers were very late due to an accident they got caught behind —-these things happen, but it would have been nice to have had them call me BEFORE I had to call them and find out why they weren’t there. Thank you!

The bus driver stated they "failed to read the instructions properly" for location of pick up and drop off, arrived at the wrong location at the wrong time, did not make any attempts to communicate the bus's whereabouts after being on site for extended period of time.

We had a great experience. Driver and timing were perfect! We will definitely recommend!

We got to where we needed to go, but the driver lengthened the trip by not having the bus ready to exit after 2 out of 3 of our stops. The driver didn't get the bus turned around while we were stopped. We also encountered a road closure that should have been avoided by using a better navigation app. The driver was very polite but we should have returned to the church by 4 pm because we had the right amount of time to return barring the delays mentioned above.
