Great service and patience with traffic/construction delays. Willing to take Rest Stop breaks

It was a wonderful event and great service! The only complaint we have is about making the reservation. We make it, then wait for a confirmation to actually have the reservation. Sometimes that comes very close to the event, and that causes a little worry. Could you please reserve the bus for the date we need when we call in? Or get back to us with a confirmation sooner? Thank you!

The bus was late picking us up on the first day of our trip (Friday). The bus was supposed to arrive at 10:00 AM, but didn’t arrive until 10:15-10:30. There was no communication and it was hard to get a hold of anyone to even find out what was going on. Then, on the last day of our trip (Sunday), the bus was almost 2 hours late. There was communication about being late the first hour, but the last 50 minutes were spent trying to get a hold of dispatch and find out what was going on. The Bus was supposed to arrive at 12:00 PM and didn’t arrive until 1:50 PM. The same thing happened last year on our return trip (same trip/Youth camp retreat), the bus was over an hour late picking us up.

Bus arrived late for pick up. Bus missed exit on freeway taking us 15+ minutes out of our way on the way to dinner so that our food was barely still warm and making our trip extended past the schedule return time.

As a small district, we often have difficulty getting buses for field trips. First Charter has come through for us multiple times to provide buses for our students. Without their support, our students would miss out on incredible experiences like the Oregon Ballet Theater.

Our driver was great. He called 1 hour before and confirmed that he would be there. He had great customer service and communicated well so our trip went off smoothly. Definitely will be using First Charter Bus Rental for future field trips for our students.

I did not attend this trip, but the adults who did said the drivers were great. Seemed one bus needed maintenance - pulled over for about 10 min. Smelled smoke, and also had a heating/cooling issue: some seats had full heat, others were freezing. But otherwise, a terrific experience!

Marc was AWESOME!! He was super flexible with our evening plans and just a joy to be around.

We had a great experience. The bus drivers were on time and got us to our destination and back safely. Keith was very personable and serious about safety.

After calling the 800 number to get a quote, the process was very streamlined. I originally used their online quote request form and got no response. When I called they told me they were several weeks delayed in responding to the online requests. So calling is the way to go. Their customer service person was great and got and confirmed all the details of our trip request. The busses were on time and exactly what we requested. Communication and billing happened in a timely manner. Very happy with the experience overall.

Would highly recommend this company. We hired them for our wedding. Had a last minute request for an accessible bus and they accommodated no problem.

Charles was great. He met us at the wrong location initially, but we had a very positive experience with him.

Art was a great and patient bus driver. I appreciated that he told me troubles I may not have noticed so we can speak to the parents. I also appreciated that he had a charger for me to use so I could continue taking pictures. He was friendly and professional.

Riding with Yukon was awesome. Perfect experience and highly recommend!

We rented a schoolbus to take a group of us to an Oktoberfest event so that there would be no drinking and driving. Best decision ever. We felt like kids again and the whole thing was so easy. Picked us up dropped us off.
