Thank you!!! Our staff and kids enjoyed the bus rides to the circus and zoo.

I booked the ride at first for 2 busses with a pick up at 5:15 pm. I called to change the busses to 1 and pick up time at 5:00 pm. After a long call, the very nice person on the line changed everything. I then received the confirmation and the time was changed on the 1st page, but the itinerary still said 5:15. I called back and was told she fixed it, sat on hold forever while she called the local company and came back to say everything was fixed. She even waved the additional charge because my trip was extended by 15 min. I received the new confirmation and the receipt for payment, all said correctly 5:00. The bus showed up at 5:15. We were catching a river boat cruise and the 15 minutes made a difference in worrying if we were going to be on time, or they would leave without us. Not to mention having 45 people waiting was very unpleasant as we tried to get a hold of you to see where the heck you were at. When I called I spoke with someone in California, she called the driver and he said the info said 5:15 and led me to believe that he was right, I was wrong. The conversation did not go as I would have expected when she has all the same information in front of her as I did which clearly stated 5:00. She informed me a manager would call me, and no surprise, no one has. If someone asks for a specific pick-up time, it's because that's when they intend to be picked up. To have someone say, "well, the driver said he was on time" is argumentative and unprofessional. The icing on the cake, no phone call.

The driver was on time and very friendly and professional. We were very pleased with his service.

The Charter Center took my request and sent me a confirmation of the given information. This was two round trip per day for two days. When the confirmation came in and the day came they did not have my my second bus that was requested so I only had one bus one round trip. This was not the locations issue it was the transfer of information inside the charter center. I left multiple employees stranded and could not get them to the jobsite. Luckily I figured something out.
i give credit to the Oakdale location and Jeremy, he was very helpful and worked with me to make some changes to accommodate the situation.

We booked our bus from 9:30-12:30 to shuttle wedding guests back to our hotel. Our bus driver went to sleep on the bus because he was tired of waiting for us to come out, and our wedding guests had to knock on the window to wake him up (at 10:30). We had the bus until 12:30 am and at 11:30 pm he was telling me (the bride) that he was going to leave without me if I didn’t hurry up. I convinced him to wait but he was not happy about it and he had a bad attitude bringing us back to the hotel at midnight. He also dropped us off 3 blocks away instead of out front.

Our First Summer Swim Trip went great.
I wish there can be a different way of ordering buses. Really hard to get a hold of someone by phone and get everything straight (hard to hear them and understand what is being said by both parties) takes so long by phone especially if you are ordering for multiple dates. Would be easier and time efficient if we could email in a form with all the information and then they can email or call us back to discuss any question and finish the bus order(s).

Drivers has been excellent

Our two drivers were fantastic: on-time, clean bus, friendly, good drivers.

We had a great experience. The driver was punctual to all drop-off and pick-up locations which made the day very enjoyable. There were no problems at all. Would recommend to anyone looking for bus services.

WOW! We were floored by First Charter altogether! First, the customer service was incredible! Big shout out to Ariel and Gabby for helping us get a bus on short notice after our other transportation source cancelled on us (I think they're from the California dispatch center though). The price was unbeatable and ended up being such a great option for our needs in the end! Finally, though we didn't get to interact with the driver a ton, they were great and arrived in a timely manner and got us to our destination safely! I would 100% recommend them!

Thank you 1st Student-Oakdale for taking the Church of the Epiphany group to the March for Life rally at the Cathedral of St. Paul and the MN State Capitol. Our bus driver, JR, couldn't have been more patient, kinder. He was a wonderful driver.
