The bus that I was riding on was very rough. One time he went around a curve the kindergarten students all flew out of their seats and one hit her head requiring an ice pack. He was a "wild" driver!
The same driver was very annoyed with we when we got on the bus about where we were going. He was the one confused but gave me a hard time about it. Once he talked to someone on the phone though, he was fine.

Also, it would be so nice to have a phone call when they're on their way. I was super stressed they weren't going to show up because I didn't hear anything and they weren't there until right at 9:30, which is what their contract said! It just would be nice to hear something from them that morning when you're stressing about getting 100 kids to a destination on time.

The other bus driver was fantastic!!

We hired First Charter to run a shuttle between the hotel and reception for my daughters wedding. All was fine except the driver decide on her own to change the drop off and pick up locations. This forced all our guests, some elderly, to walk about an extra 100 yards at the hotel. Moreover, the driver dropped them of at the reception on the street at the far end of the venue, forcing them to walk across the grass and through the restaurant in their dresses and suits. The driver had my cell phone number, and we had texted earlier, but never consulted with us prior, nor did she inform us, that these points were changed. I realize both locations were not wide open parking lots, but she should of at least informed me of the change prior to doing this so we could have worked out a better solution.

The driver (Devon) was on time very professional and courteous. He interacted positively with our riders and was very friendly. This service cannot be beat for quality service for a completely reasonable price..

THe driver was very friendly, but ws almost fifteen minutes late.

Used these as charters for guest for weddings. They were prompt and got our guest safely to and from events.

The bus we rented for our field trip was very clean and well cared-for. The bus driver was kind and friendly. Super easy-- we will be using this company again.

We used first charter to shuttle our guests from the venue to the hotel at the end of our wedding. They showed up right on time and got our guests back safely. Highly recommend!

If I could give our driver, Brit, 10 stars out of five, I would do that. Brit was phenomenal! Brit was courteous, genuinely friendly and a great driver! Brit had to drive us from Mason, OH to the boat launch in KY. Directly across the river, they had most of the streets blocked off for a race that day. Although, we were not notified of this change, Brit spoke to a police officer who navigated us to t an alternate route. Brit got us there safely! Brit was invited to join us on the boat cruise and I'm so glad she accepted our offer. It was so much fun hanging out with her that I forgot that she was our driver. She fit right into our group and we all enjoyed the experience of riding on her bus. I'm so glad she took this assignment.
