I recently completed my first aid training, and the entire experience was incredibly thorough. Every step was clearly explained, which greatly enhanced my understanding. As a result, I now feel much more confident in my ability to provide effective first aid when needed. Would 100% recommend this training course to those looking to gain better knowledge

These guys have been brilliant on carrying out this Fire Safety training. They have taken a group of hotel admin staff, and created a proper interest in fire knowledge (not just the mandatory online fire videos).
After spending a morning with Mark, they genuinely seem to care more about the processes and will assist in the hotel safety. “It’s not just maintenance responsible, it’s everyone’s job”

A detailed and understandable course. The staff were friendly and made everyone feel comfortable and involved at all times. They offered a good range of practical and non-practical work throughout the course. They took the time to make sure everybody was on the same page and understood the content we were being taught. 10/10 teaching and an overall 10/10 course.

Emergency First aid at work 1 day course: very laid back and friendly atmosphere ,a good laugh but at the same time very informative and easy to follow didn't feel like you were getting bombarded with information which is a good thing as I have the attention span of a goldfish! Highly recommend , one of the best courses I have been on. Thank you !

From booking to completion of this course, Helen and Adam were brilliant. Great communication, very engaging, supportive, practical training that brought the subject matter to life. I feel reassured that should I find myself in a position where I need to use the content of the course, I would remember it rather than have to refer to a training manual.

Very professional, thorough and affable trainers . Adam and Helen delivered an interesting training session. Visuals were great. Course materials covered topics well and were easily understandable.
The practical use of the resuscitation dummies , defibrillators and first aid kits and abdominal thrusts vest helped a great deal in showing where exactly you needed to perform each on the body. Very good . Thank you .
