Advertised free returns for Clarke shoes but mine don’t fit and suddenly they want me to pay for return to china or take £3.44 and keep the shoes that DONT FIT I paid £22.99 for the shoes ☹️

Terrible company, been chasing me up for 15 months for a fee I can proven I paid. Not interested didn't even look at my proof or respond to my correspondents and sent a debt collection agency on me. Horrible Company stay well away.

3/5/22 75 bus Bristol , should be at 7.10 am , showed up at 7.26 am , I'm late to work already again. Never show up or always late. Afternons are even worse , I have to wait for a bus 1hr , because 2 or 3 buses never show up. What is funny- information on buses is - Every 15 minutes. Yes , good luck with that , maybe in next life. Very poor service, the worst bus ever! If I could I could give you 0 stars.

If I could give this company zero star I would. Genuinely. I was the victim of fraud. Someone impersonated me and took out car insurance against my name for a car I didn't own nor was registered to my address. The person defaulted on this account and my previously good credit rating was hit as a result. Their KYC (Know Your Customer) checks are non-existent as I cannot plausibly see a scenario where a car would be registered to another customer at another address different from where a car is registered, which seems to be the case that has happened to me. I am currently reporting this to there police to save other potential customers going through this ordeal.

I had a car crash provided all documentation needed for their private investigator after 3 months of calling them all I get told every single time is “you’ll receive a call back claims being processed”. Also they got the location of where the car was and was told I will be called by the company when they tow the car as I had the key, they dragged the car with all my items in it onto a tow truck without my consent. I was left thinking the car had been stolen as the confused company forgot to give me a call. I still haven’t received any sort of letter, email or call back since the claim started. Never. They will try their best to beat around the bush. For your own safety and peace of mind do not use this company. They still have my car with all my belongings inside and haven’t given me a penny. And also the rudeness they speak to you with is just awful I don’t know how a company like this hasn’t been closed down. COWBOY INSURANCE COMPANY. STAY AWAY
Overpass a Bus in the Bus Stop and don't gave me the service I payed for
Absolutely unbelievable the lack of Customer Care from this Company.
I was expecting for the Bus of 20.36 to Sheffield in Balby today Sunday on the 17th October.
He came on the Back of the Bus 15 to Edlington and overpassed him in the Bus Stop not caring if there's a passenger who wants to go to Sheffield myself.
Absolutely Appalling.
The machines who were provided in Sheffield Arundel Gate for the weekly passes charged my debit card but didn't uploaded my Bus card.
This is really a theft, I'm sorry.

I first contacted them a month ago…
I first contacted them a month ago about sewage leak under our floor boards in the basement.
After 2 weeks a couple lads investigated it and I have been waiting for the team to fix it.
Every time I have contacted them they always say I will be contacted within 48hrs (3times now) but I haven't been contacted within this time yet.
I am sure that having to sleep inhaling the fumes from raw sewage is not good for our health which I have explained to them but still nothing has been done.
Do not use this company.

Avoid this company at all costs! wish I had looked at the reviews before attempting to take out a policy. Policy taken out on line, never got sent my policy docs or number, numerous attempts made to contact them but to no avail. Finally got through and charged in excess of £50 to cancel a policy I never even got sent.. God forbid trying to make a claim with them.

Why havnt these clowns been shut down!? I havespent so many hours on hold to this company to be cut off everytime, so incredibly difficult to communicate with them about anything. I spent 4 hours on hold last week to get through to cancel my policy which believe it or not I did....or thought I did as a week later they have taken another month's premium absolutely disgusted with how I've been treated by this company. the incredibly thick people they have on their switchboard only aggrevate you further avoid at all cost even if cheapest I promise you will regret it!

Phone waiting times on the Customer Service line are, without exaggerating, hours. I spent upwards of 4 hours on hold in one day. Emails go either bounce back as undelivered or just simply go unanswered.
Interestingly you get through immediately when you try to get a new quote...
They send you emails from 'customer.services@...' which then bounce back as undelivered. The communications are a mix of Ladybird, Fresh and First so it is unclear who you are insured with or how to contact them.
The online document portal is as useful as a chocolate teapot with no way to view the documents you have uploaded should you need them later. Your password seems to not be saved and so you must re-register every time you log in.
The 'system upgrade' that was due to complete in 3 days took closer to 10 and meant I nearly had my new insurance policy cancelled since they were unable to provide the documents they're legally required to provide. Sending these documents as standard when a policy ends would negate this issue.
While COVID has made things harder, it's been more than a year now. It's not COVID's fault 14 months later, that's poor management. I feel sorry for the staff picking up the slack of the company not hiring sufficient resources.
I dread to think how abysmal they would be to deal with in the event of a claim and would strongly advise everyone to give these con artists a wide berth.
Absolutely one of the worst insurance companies I have ever dealt with and wouldn't recommend them to anyone except the FCA and the Financial Ombudsman

Avoid please,this is the most unprofessional company ever!!! They give u a cheap quote but you will end up paying more more for mistakes that they do. Just not justifies all the extra fees they add after your policy starts,so now u see that they are tring to rip off and you want to cancel but WAIT...u need to pay moreeee for they MISTAKES. I hope they vanish from this insurance market.
