Ordering was quick and easy. Service was smooth and delivery in a good time frame.

My order arrived promptly and I did received exactly what I ordered

Good value and good quality! Will continue to buy.

great price, fast shipping

These refills contain more feet of bag and are less expensive than the Genie brand. They are also just as good quality as the brand name. My order arrived very quickly, with no delivery fee.

Very quick delivery

Well done, excellent product.

I love my litter liners. they fit perfectly in my litter genie and there is more of the liner meterial in the refill than there is with the litter genie refils. I'll be getting more of them as I need them for sure.

Fast shipping and love the product! Will buy from again

The Firik fit the litter genie nicely. The bag doesn't seem to be as thick as the litter genie refill.

Good communication & prompt shipping. Quality refills at a competitive price.

They actually carry the litter genie replacement bags that Amazon took off their store. -not a bot

I was pleasantly surprised at how fast I received my order. Haven’t used the bags yet, but I’m sure they will be great.

Their product has proven to be better than the original. Much easier to use and lasts much longer.

Very fast shipping. Love the product

This is my second order from this shop, and it arrived even faster than the first one (like, "next day" fast). I usually won't order from shops like this one because it doesn't have many items, and it's not what we are accustomed to seeing in these days of fancy sites, but my hands were tied since the generic (and better) refill cassettes for my litter containment system are no longer available on Amazon. Having taken a chance, I'm glad I did---both times this seller has come through. One thing to note: Both orders were shipped using Amazon boxes, and from what appears to be an Amazon facility. So I don't know what is going on with that, since this product is no longer available on Amazon directly, but ordering from firikshop.com has thus far yielded excellent results.

Everything seems to be great. Delivery was quick and the price was terrific. The refills look the same as the originals. I am only giving it 4 stars at the moment because I have not tried them yet, and won't probably for at least a month.

Great value. Fast shipping. Happy with my purchase

Great product! I think the bags in the FIRIK Refill Cassette are better than the original. Plus the shipping was ultra fast even through the holiday season. Will definitely but again & tell all my friends who have a Litter Genie about this seller.
