I've ordered 80 firerose vapes and so far opened 11 and 5 of those were faulty. The first 4 were leaking the 5 one had a burnt taste from the moment I opened it. I was told because I hadn't kept the dirty leaking vapes and instead thrown them away they couldn't do anything about. The 5th vape they refused to do anything about as its been 20 days since my ordered. I didn't realise all 80 vapes were to opened within 7 days of my order date.. surely it's not normal to smoke 80 vapes in 7 days? But clearly to them it is! Customer service is shocking and products are faulty. Do not bother ordering from them! Save your money and use a more reputable supplier.

Bought x10 Crystal 4000 puffs all leaked inside the packaging contacted them straight away and sent photos.. they told me that they don't not take responsibility of it and are not doing nothing about it.. is there anything I can do???

Customer service is terrible
ordered and paid for an order, once received i contacted as the order was incorrect, was advertised as a box but i only received 1 vape
when i contacted them they said it was a mistake on there website if i wanted a refund i would have to pay to return the item to be returned.
was no compromise even thou it was a mistake on there part, wont be ordering again
