Ordered item 22/07/2025 next day delivery. 24/08/25 item still not received. Used website form to query order about 2 weeks after order placed but completely ignored. Dispute raised with bank hopefully they’ll flag and stop any future transactions with company
Absolutley no communication at all. Web chat doesn't respond (says 2-3 hours) but who's going to wait that long. Having said all that, the Bonfeu did arrive the next day.
Really happy with my fireplace from Firefoodie. Looks even better in person and feels great quality. Delivery was quick and customer service was helpful when I had a question. Would definitely recommend.
Ordered the product on the 16th of June. Still no delivery, even though next day. I have just emailed them with questions on why i have not received my product and they have not managed my expectations.
Will update once I hear more.....
Ordered an item that was marked ‘In-stock’ for next day delivery ready for a big family get together at the weekend. Didn’t arrive all week so emailed to find out what was going on. Item was out of stock and would be delivered the following week.
The following week came and went with no delivery. Emailed again to hear it would arrive the following week. This repeated for four weeks! Continual promises of delivery and have never received. Awaiting refund.
Do not use this company.
Review updated. Firefoodie did get in contact after some days - and a trustpilot review - and will now arrange a collection. Prompt reply to emails after they got in touch. Apparently didn't receive my messages or any webchat due to a technical problem...?
4 stars rather than 5 as there is no returns policy on the website.

We bought a Bonfeu bonbowl 80cm fire pit with the plancha and half grill from Fire foodie for our Christmas present. The online service and delivery was very quick and efficient, well packaged and the products are beautiful. Even during winter we've enjoyed the fire and cooked on the plancha. It's a beautiful and sociable thing to own, we're very happy with it. It's now my husband birthday coming up and I've just ordered a few more of the accessories to go with it! Again the service online via the chat has been really good. Can't fault them!
