I recently purchased a fire alarm system from this company and honestly if I could give 10 stars I would! The customer service is probably some of the best I’ve ever had in the UK and from the moment I called to ask for advice on what I needed to the actual installation, these guys were unrivalled - particularly Paul Marper who not only walked me through the installation with incredible patience and skill but also went out of his way to help make sure everything worked - and this was all by telephone!!! This company actually is the only company I would ever use from now on when it comes to fire alarms or equipment. Please give Paul a raise!!! Thanks

Same as everyone else - misleading courier time
Same as everyone else. A 1-2 day delivery service on the website. I gave myself 9 days until the Job incase there was any delay. Called up a week later to track the order and told that the parts wouldn't be with them for another 7-10 days. I found out that they are migrating their website and the stock on the new website is showing full, even if it is empty - Unsure why this couldn't be put on the website. Or a heads up to call up to find out if there is stock available before purchasing. Not acceptable.

We ordered some audible alarms for our smoke detections system in the building. FDS still the supplied the same model as from 30 years ago. Delivery was quick and the goods were very well packed. Well done.(plus the price was not bad either.....)
