Excellent, friendly service

An error of mine led to parcelforce returning my delivery. The order was despatched once more with-out delay or fuss,exccellent service!

Bought the Ultramarine Ashes emulsion. It arrived quicker than expected.
Only done a test on the wall, so have not used it for full coverage, but from the feel of the paint it is very good quality. One coat has given the section decent coverage, so I am hoping two will give a fully flat consistent finish.
The pigment itself is really nice...a sea green/sage green tone, really calming colour. This should work really well in our late victorian, high ceilinged lounge.

Superb. Cheaper than buying through trade suppliers and the big warehouse. Free delivery within a few days. And, of course, the paint looks great.

They charged £50 delivery for £50 worth of tiles. Also refuse to accept returns of part orders.

Slow delivery and very poor paint opacity, unlike it used to be.

Managed to sort out a complicated delivery to an address with no vehicular access- this, after I had made a mistake with my original order, only realising g it was going to the wrong address on the day my tiles were meant to be delivered! Impressive customer service from all involved ( and there were quite a few), rare to find, these days! Thank you to all involved with getting my delivery to Cornwall, rather than Oxford, and then having the courier carry them pack-by-pack up the alleyway. If it were possible, I’d give you all ten stars.

Great quality product delivered really quickly!

Paint was ordered online and I was informed of receipt of order promptly and efficiently. Order arrived before the day stated. Paint was very well packed and tins protected with customised spacers within the outside carton. Impressed!

Nice tiles, prompt delivery, good packing

Delivery was very quick, however the stain protector spilled in the box presumably during transport. When I opened the box, the tiles and packing materials were wet, getting the fluid all over my hands and some unto my floor.

I notified Fired Earth and they have agreed to send me another bottle of the tile protector, but with no apology or concern for what had occurred. The lack of customer service is disappointing.

Sample tile was sent promptly and quality was very good. We made the order!
