I ordered a blanket in December, it's April and still have not received it. I contacted them several times with no response. This is a scam.

Ordered product from this company in November with product promised to arrive in January. It's now April and no product, no response from email/website, no way to reach someone by phone. Our credit card was charged. Filing complaint with BBB and seeking a reversal charge.

I too ordered one after seeing it in Facebook. I placed the order my card was successful charged but NEVER received a confirmation email. I reached out but sending several emails. I called and texted the provided number several times to no avail. This place is a scam. Facebook needs to monitor their adds better

I already commented on ordering in No 2025 and no response , nothing. Why are there reviews in Feb 2026 of people ordering and getting them right away. BS

Don't order from this company. They charged our card, no confirmation email, no delivery of goods, no response to our communication attempts. This is a scam site. We are seeking to reverse the charge with our bank.

I ordered a two pack fire blanket in the middle of February. The payment cleared my bank account, but I never received an order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email. I have tried multiple times calling and emailing. No one answers any of the phone lines, and I haven't gotten an email response. My next step is to file a fraud complaint with my bank and hope to get my money back.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Placed an order on 12/12/26 and never received. I have emailed several times and never get a response. Do not recommend ordering anything from them!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. Accidentally ordered 2 Fire Blankets in Dec. 2025. Immediately requested order be corrected to 1 Fire Blanket. Never received a response from FireBlanket.com. Never received the order (now mid Feb 2026) and my order number is no longer valid in their system. Reached out on several occasions by Contact Us, Email, Text and Phone. Never any response or order delivered. Submitted dispute with credit card company who researched and was told I didn't follow the proper return policy. How can I return something never received. Their website listed the order would be shipped within the following week. Thank goodness I haven't had a fire that required a Fire Blanket to put it out.

I was charged for my blankets and I ordered four of them for Christmas gifts. I never received them. No one responds to my emails or inquiries. Do not Order from this company!!

Bought 6 for people I care about, nothing is more important than their safety.

Took about a week to get my order, I feel so much safer now. Great product to have around your house.

Got two for my vehicle and four in my house, small price to pay for total piece of mind. Fires can be devastating

Well I'm not sure how well they actually work, but does give some peace of mind knowing it is easy to grab on if a fire would start. 

Quick and easy to remove from bag, arrived in 3 days. Hope I never need to use

And I too, have had no response from them. No one answers the phone, and I have sent three emails, with no response

I never received my order from December 1, 2025. Repeated attempts to call, text, email, use the website form, all to no avail. What a scam.

Ordered 4 on 12/16/25, to this date(2/7/26) I have yet to receive my order. Tried to contact the company 2 times through email and have received no reply. Will be contacting credit card company to report fraud.

I was a little bit worried about where Id put it but it fits perfect in that weird gap between my stove and the wall. Doesn't look out of place either which is nice..

Looks like my previous review didn't go through. Very happy with my purchase,great product and quick shipping. What else is there to say?
