A little disappointing to say the…
A little disappointing to say the least, this is the first time i have purchased from this company a test purchase and I'm afraid they have failed to deliver. I still have not got the product as the delivery date was scheduled for the 25th Nov, i had to make contact to find out when the product will arrive, to my shock initial the person on the other end of the call told me the item was delivered, certainly isn't the case. I got a call back, to say the delivery is direct from supplier and that it would be dispatched on Friday 29th Nov and i should receive it on Monday 2nd Dec. For urgent orders like this moving forward i will not order from Fire & Safety Centre.

I have contacted the manufacturer who sends this item out directly from their warehouse and they have informed me this is due to be delivered to you tomorrow via DX Freight, the lead time on this item is typically 3 - 5 working days however sometimes unexpected delays can occur and we can only apologise for any inconveniences this may cause.

Apologies for the item being delayed, unfortunately we were advised delivery on the date we originally acknowledged to you but we were then let down by our manufacturer twice due to the container being delayed and the first we knew of the delay was when you contacted us to say the order was not received.
Now we are aware of the delays and that the manufacturer is not reliable at updating us on any date changes we will be able to keep a closer eye on the delivery date to make sure it doesn't get delayed any further and we will aim to keep you as updated as possible,
Once again sincere apologies for the delay and following our telephone call, we have been able to agree an alternative model which will be despatched out today for you,
