She answered any questions I may have had and made sure I understood the process. Also, it was a quick process to show the unit - lot of ease no bunch of staircases. So grateful for that! No too far in from the street. Easily accessible from all angles. I would recommend this storage place - off course the price was right after shopping around for approx. 4 hrs. They were able to accommodate me.

When I got to the storage center, they told me there was no reservation and that they had no reservation service from the internet! Is this website a scam?

When quoted price was not told only for 6 months

I was greeted by both employees working the desk with a smile. the young lady was very informational, she knew her job well. It was quick, no hassles or issues. And not to mention great pricing

was told rate (which was rate without taxes) so wasn't accurate and was told 2nd month was free and it was not.

I found good quotes online so I called the number to their mainland office and wow, they do not know what they are talking about... I asked several times if the unit was on the ground or stacked and they kept assuring me it was on the ground. When they transferred me to the actual storage facility to schedule a driver, the facility told me the unit was stacked and that I couldn't reserve a driver until signing up for the unit in person. Bad information!!!
