I asked Lilly to find me a trip based on certain dates. She came straight back with some options and even looked for hotels further afield that supplied the twin bed rooms we requested. Nothing was too much trouble - very pleased with my booking

I've not been the easiest of clients ie budget wise and location but Olivia bless her did a fantastic job finding me my perfect holiday updating me on a daily basis truly a great service

Olivia was really helpful with all the information and explaining what the holiday package was about.

Just back from Krakow. Had a great time. Everything was sorted for us, flight, rooms and trip. All for a very good price. Kept informed all the time, can't fault the service. Will definitely use you again when planning a trip abroad, thanks so much

Damon has been nothing short of amazing. Right from the get go. He handled the booking of everything and it was all sorted within a few minutes. Prices exactly as I wanted and with tours I asked for. During the waiting period before the holiday he was on hand to answer any questions I had and solved any issues. Even during our trip he handled everything quickly. It was like having my own personal travel agent with me on hand at all times and took any stresses of our holiday over. I needed not to worry about a thing and concentrate on having the best time in Iceland with my wife. Saw the northern lights stayed in a glass igloo just stunning. I have been dealing with Hardy whilst booking our trip to Disneyland Paris. The trip is not until November, however, Hardy has been exceptional!! He listened to what we wanted and was so quick to respond to all my messages. He was never pushy with my booking either and everything so far has been extremely straightforward and easy to process. We are so looking forward to our trip and can't thank Hardy enough for planning it. I will write another review on our return.

Professional unhurried service from Nikki when planning our trip to Switzerland. Nikki answered all my questions, even forwarding maps to show distances between hotels and transport services. She adapted our trip to our needs as we wanted an extra day and a later flight. I didn’t feel pushed in any way to make a quick decision. Our holiday is later in the year but I’m sure it will go well with Nikki’s good planning and if any problems I’m sure she will help us as efgiciently as she has in planning .

Nikki managed to sort an itinerary for 6 of us to do the Bernina and Glacier Trains. Came back within hours and everything we wanted in the time scale given, airport etc.
So cant fault the service we have been given. We do not go until 2028 so hopefully all goes to plan and will be able the praise Nikki more on return. Great service given to date

Very helpful from the start and good at.sorting my mobility schooter to go on plane and sending the remi ders for payments so far cant fault it hope the holiday is just as good
