The staff took the trouble to personally answer all my questions; advise me on delivery fulfilment from Italy, and called me to let me know when my product was arriving. The light I wanted was about €700 everywhere else on the internet, but Find A Light offered it at €489. I will certainly use the company again, and thank them for being professional, kind and generally on top of their game.

This is an A+++ rated company in my experience. Any company is made up of people and the people I have dealt with in findalight in my own case, Sandra & Dan but all their customer service agents compelled me to rate the company as A+++. I had a problem with a power surge in my home and the lights I purchased from the company were causing the bulbs to malfunction. I contacted via email and Dan answered me within tor hours, telling me how to diagnose and later supplied F.O.C replacement bulbs. What a service. I highly recommend these people and their company products.
