My order didn't arrive I emailed Finangler they didn't reply
Very disappointed

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- my husband paid for a fishing chair £134 back on the 13th of August, didn’t arrive, we received a few emails promising it would be with us WHAT A LOAD OF TWADDLE. 2 months later, still nothing. I’ve given them until the end of today and if no refund, forwarding to the bank as a fraud case. Don’t trust the 5 star reviews, anyone can go on and write one, probably them their self.

Never delivered. Never refunded. Had to reclaim from Credit card. SCAM COMPANY

SCAM AVOID 2 months been waiting for a refund because they kept saying delivery has been delayed now they have stopped emailing back jokers.

This is a scam operation, no replies to emails, calls etc after initial period of time for payment to clear into their account. Do not use !

I ordered a bed chair back in August, about a week after delivery should have occurred I got a message stating that there were supplier issues but don't worry there is no shortage of the item and it would be delivered by the end of the next week.
After a few weeks of broken delivery promises and being promised a refund if it wasn't delivered by the next week I finally decided to make it clear that a refund was required. It should have come as no surprise that all communication from them ceased.
Like many others I am now having to go the credit card company to get my money refunded.
As many of the previous reviews say, Don't waste your time or money buying from this site, they advertise as "in stock" items that they don't have and can't get.
I was drawn in by a very good price that couldn't be matched anywhere else, should have been a warning sign!

Company can improve by actually sending the goods fully paid for and responding to the four emails and telephone calls I have made without reply or answering the phone?. I will now have to alert my bank and hopefully get a refund.

Scam. Never received goods after 2 months. Item still says in stock. Asked for refund still not received after one month.
Taking action to recover. Should have read reviews.

Same problem as everyone else has below. ordered a £30.00 unhooking mat on the 3rd of august. nothing ever arrived, was told I would receive a refund and still nothing. No response on phone calls, email or website. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Placed a order sent a follow up email and money was returned no reason why and no response to email

Don't buy from this company they are a scam , I ordered from this company never received it and 10 weeks and still no refun,scam company

Would give Finangler a wide berth.
Take your money, apologise for delay of several weeks, , then when you ask for refund, they ignore you.
Had to get refund via dispute claim on credit card company.

Still waiting for my refund from September

I ordered a fishing recliner chair 5/7/24. It didn't arrive and emails were sent backwards and forwards. After 6 weeks and no delivery I asked for a refund which they had said I could have. Still nothing received even with them saying it was top priority! Have now been ignoring my emails since 19th Sept and don't answer the phone or send replies. It is now October and nothing!! Totally disgusted. I didn't expect to be waiting for a result 3 months later. I would have scored nothing if able to. This is a second attempt at a review because the first time when sending it went to review the chair!!!! How can I review it if not received it?!! Then couldn't find my review!

Complete scam outfit, any reviews above 1 star are clearly fake! Took my money and 2 months later I've still not received anything or had my refund. Just in case you missed it, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, YOU MIGHT AS WELL GO AND THROW YOUR MONEY IN THE WATER!!!

Never got my order. Took over two months to refund after having to go through PayPal to get it. Awful experience full of lies.

I have already reviewed them and they thought it wise to ask me for another one. Perfect example of how dire this company is.

Don't bother wasting your time or money with this company very annoyed with the whole process
