My order is long overdue. When I reached out to the Support email, they said that they would reach out to their fulfilment centre and get back to me with the status and location of my order. I’ve heard nothing. This is my third unit that I’ve ordered over the years and this is my worst experience. I just want my unit. I believe they have lost it.

I did purchase 2 of their FINAL PRESS brand product and I keep checking my order with the provided order number and when I entered that number in their website it says "ORDER NOT FOUND" and it is already 6 days from the time of purchase without any update from them. Contrary to the promise of dispatch within 24 hours of purchase and look how the time gap now without a progress email or update. JUST putting it out their to those thinking of buying. Don't be like me, who was so silly to click BUY right away without doing some due diligence research.

Non existent customer service when my product wasn’t delivered.
Tracking showed it was in country for 2 weeks during which time I contacted on numerous occasions for delivery, zero response. Now I find out it was returned to sender.
What a total waste of time

Sadly very disappointed with this product, it is too small to make a decent cup of coffee and what it does make is very weak. I would not recommend this product

I will not buy another product from Facebook or instagram again.
The final press v3 took a month to arrive - the company are absolutely terrible at responding to emails.. the only way I could get responses was via messenger and the info they gave seemed like untruths - and onto the coffee press itself… rubbish!
It looks pretty, but like all the other reviews, IT MAKES AWFUL, WEAK SLUDGY COFFEE… wish I had read other reviews before purchasing… AVOID!!!!!

Do not buy from this business. They have not sent the product. Have not replied to my emails. I’ve been ripped off!

As other reviewers have said they don't update tracking, emails regarding an order are ignored. If it gets delivered I will think twice about buying anything from a Facebook advert again.

Until to date have not dispatch 24 hours as promised, do not read emails or respond contact requests, automated replies only.

They give you order number as tracking - it does not work.

They don't reply to your enquiry for days , and when reply came it was automated : please wait, we apologies, incase it's not sent , we will send another one.

We will keep you updated. - they have not.

The plunger does not plunge all the way to the edge of the compartment so it doesn't push anything out. I have to take it all out with my fingers. So basically the plunger is useless even though if they would have designed it better would have been great. Also when you remove the final press your cup contains half the water that you started with and the only way to get the water is to open the final press but then you're getting grounds or tea leaves in your water so it won't even make a full cup of coffee or tea! The nice thing about it is it basically has a wand that you can hold on to that's the only benefit of this product! They need to take it back to the drawing board for the third time and work out all the problems! It's pretty much junk and I wish I would have bought it on Amazon instead of the final press website as returns with Amazon are very simple! I'm not even going to bother to return it cuz I'm sure it's a hassle! The one star review is because it has basically a long handle instead of a chain like most stainless steel devices like this! Don't bother!

This coffee maker is junk. All other ways of brewing coffee are better. I’m deeply disappointed. I’ve used it once and will never use it again.

I sent two of these for Christmas gifts to Canada. The company was clearly the victim of its own successful holiday ad campaign, so it had to produce new stock quickly. In my case, the products got stuck in the customs backlog following the recent Canada Post strike, which delivers the last mile of most shipping services. They responded to my email asking about the delay within 24 hours, explaining the issue, apologized appropriately, asked for my patience, and offered to resend if necessary after a suitable wait. After that, email correspondence did go silent, but they responded three times to me on Messenger within a few hours. They were able to give me a tracking number and an expected delivery date.

Messenger to their FB page was the most efficient communication method. I'm only writing this review because I noticed others reported a poor experience when trying to communicate Messenger, which was the opposite of my experience. As a small business owner I know too well the pain of poor reviews when we've done everything to satisfy a customer when things go wrong. The parcels arrived at their destination on January 9.

I had no need to contact customer service like everyone else, I simply ordered the item, and it arrived a few weeks later. I knew it was shipping internationally and I didn't have to pay for postage, so I didn't mind the delay as it's an amazing product! Simple to use, it also comes with two replacement springs, and an attachment to make iced coffee (though you need to buy your own mason jar). Also comes with a rubber protective sheath.

All in all, a fantastic product. The only downside is that the chamber is a bit delicate. When you grip it, don't apply too much pressure, as you might dent it.

Oh, and it's easy to clean.

Update to my order, someone finally responded to me today, after I sent them another message via Messenger, claiming my order was lost, and I would get a replacement… let’s see if that one makes it to me, will post if and when I ever receive it! 🤞🤞
