I did not receive all of the order! I ordered 6 filter1 cartridges and only received 3. Order #fw4925. This is my third letter to you about this and no response.

Received the wrong size filters. Have tried 3x to contact company via website directions and have yet to get any kind of response.

So far no issues and not a bad price.

Placed my order 2 weeks ago and no product yet. No filters, no shipment notice, no reply to an email asking where my filters are. Have ordered more from another company. Thank goodness I paid with PayPal. Will start the process of getting money back soon.1 star is being generous.

I recently ordered Refrigerator water filters from Filterswell. This was my fourth order over the last couple of years, with no prior problems. This time, the shipping carton was torn, and one of the two filters was broken and unusable. I do not blame the damage on Filterswell, as I believe it to be the fault of USPS. However, USPS says I have to file a claim online, and on their website, I read that I must have some information that I do not have. Filterswell has no phone number, and they have failed to respond to the 2 emails I have sent them so far, asking for assistance. If I cannot receive effective customer service, I will have to take my future business elsewhere.

Had some difficulty putting the filter in but got it. My filter canal is next to the floor under the freezer making it more difficult to put it in. But everything works just fine.

I ordered the incorrect filters (my fault) upon arrival I ordered the correct filters and requested an RMA which I was given immediately. All transactions were handled in an expedited and professional manner. I am very pleased with the service and will reorder as these are used and replacement becomes necessary.
