attempted to ask for an RMA # for a refund but no one has responded and 30 days has almost passed. The filters were not compatible with my parent's refrigerator and are unused, but this 1-star rating is because of lack of communication, not the product itself.

My order arrived in a timely manner (especially with the Covid-19 issue).
The filters fit in my Kitchen-Aid refrigerator just like the original one does and the water taste great! These filters were about half the price of the ones from Kitchen-Aid. I am very happy with them and will continue to use them.

No Response on Returns

These filters would not work for me so, per the return policy on their website, I emailed to request a RMA. The website states they would reply "within approximately 24 business hours".

It's now been a week and I've followed up with two more without a response. I noticed today that the hotlink attached to that email address on their website actually goes to another company (Allfilters), so I'm not sure what's the deal here.

The filter is ok but it has an extra fin on the side, I must cut off in order to use this filter ! Please advise.

We received a defective filter and made 4 attempts to get a replacement or refund with no response. The delivery was slow as well. Please contact us to resolve.

Needed a filter for my fridge but it has been discontinued. Luckily I found Filterswell the price is ok but at least now I can make ice.

All went well with the order and prompt delivery of the filters. I just installed one so I am not sure how well it will work, but I assume it will work well and are definitely less expensive than the OEM product.

Didn't even get what I ordered. Paid extra for 2 day shipping and none of it came on time, your company is a joke!

I came across this low cost alternative filter to the OEM brand. Ordering was great and received earlier than expected. They look identical to the OEM filter but I haven’t installed them yet. Hope it works great and if it does I will be a repeat customer.

Just placed the filter in my refrigerator and so far it’s as advertised. Happy for now

I thought the filters were made in the UK. These filters are made in China, I threw them away.

I would recommend Filterswell. I ordered the wrong water filters and they sent the right filters in less than a week.
