Great Shelves - Excellent Service
My husband ordered the Corner Unit plus 4 straight shelves deal for his hobby room. Just perfect for the job and a real bargain price. Sherri called to check our address the following day before sending which I thought was very sensible. It came within 2 days super fast with FedEx. We were missing some plastic feet so I emailed and again Sherri dealt with it for us contacting the warehouse who dispatched straightaway. I was very impressed with the friendly and efficient customer service and would most definitely order again from Filstore! 10/10

Not the best quality
Bought a new outside cupboard to replace one I've had for several years in the garden but needed replacing. It arrived in super fast time but was quickly disappointed with the quality but I guess you get what you pay for. Lots of small fiddly bits but was easy enough to put together, had to use one of the shelves for extra support on the base. The plastic used is very flimsy and lightweight and I'm doubtful if it will withstand being in the garden with my small hover mower and tools in. I wouldn't recommend this product and wouldn't buy again, I should have spent the extra cash on something better made for the job.

Hi Dee, first of all, thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry that you are not happy with the quality provided. The cupboard you bought was from our budget range and it is advertised as a lightweight budget cupboard. We do offer a range of more robust options (which we also state on the product listing), which are much stronger and higher quality.
In regards to withstanding being in the garden, if the cupboard is weighted, it should be fine, but, we do state the cupboards are water resistant, not waterproof, so please take this into consideration when storing electrical items. We would say in most cases this should be fine but there are no waterproofing guarantees due to the cupboard being modular.
However, if you are not happy with this, you will be able to return the item for a product refund. Please contact us on sales@filstorage.com if you would like to return the item. Once again, we are sorry you are not happy and will feed this back to the purchasing team to discuss with the manufacturers.

Goods arrived in two days and exactly what my husband wanted.

Good quality functional shelving
Good quality functional shelving. Arrived sooner than expected. Safely packaged so shelving unit was in mint condition. Easy and quick to assemble.
A rubber mallet was the only tool required.

Great firm to deal with.

Shipped and delivered quickly. When I contacted them for mistakes in the assembly instructions, they replied promptly and offered to help. In the end all the bits I needed were there so I did not take on the offer of more screws.
