Ordered Canon EOS R6 Mark III + RF…
Ordered Canon EOS R6 Mark III + RF 24-105mm f/4.0 L IS USM kit for 119,900 UAH (order #7336). Received a completely different kit — with a cheap STM lens instead of the professional L lens. The price difference is approximately 35,000-40,000 UAH (~$800-900).
The substitution was deliberate: the order clearly states L-kit, but the invoice already lists the STM version — meaning they knew what they were shipping. The STM-kit I received isn't even sold on their website as a separate product.
After my complaint: my negative review on their website was deleted, the L-kit price was changed, and my questions about compensation are being ignored. The website and legal agreement (public offer) are entirely in Russian, violating Ukrainian language law. The public offer lists one business entity (sole proprietor), but the invoice was issued by a completely different one.
I have all evidence: order screenshot, invoice, product photos, bank statement, screenshot of deleted review, and ignored messages.
Be very careful when ordering — check the article number on the box upon delivery.

UPDATE (09.04.2026) — Response to Filmexpro's reply:
1. You offered a refund only AFTER I discovered the wrong product — not proactively. Order #7336 clearly states 'RF 24-105mm f/4.0 L IS', but invoice #243 already listed STM before shipping.
2. The matter was never 'considered resolved'. My compensation question was read in messenger but ignored.
3. A full refund means I lose a camera bought at a good price because of YOUR error. That's shifting your mistake onto the customer.
4. Still no explanation why your public offer names one sole proprietor (Shcherbinin), but payment goes to a different one (Protsiuk). Not mentioned in your terms.
5. No warranty document provided despite public claims about 'full warranty obligations'.
Complaint filed with Ukrainian consumer protection authority.
Note: Company claimed their Trustpilot profile in February 2026 but hasn't confirmed identity, contact details, or bank account as of April 2026.
UPDATE (10.04.2026): After my complaints, the company CHANGED their public offer on the website — removed clause 1.4 that contained the seller's identity (Shcherbinin, TIN 3114908691). The clause that was central to the two-entity issue has been deleted. I have screenshots of both versions — before and after the change. Removing evidence from a legal document after complaints speaks for itself.
Also, in their response on Hotline, the company attached a cropped screenshot of my message — showing only the part where I declined a refund, cutting off the continuation where I described 8 violations. Manipulating evidence in public responses is another red flag.
