Staff were very helpful, polite & product knowledge was good too. Delivery driver was great & a courtesy call next day to make sure everything was ok. Service that's long gone but nice there are still some shops around with high standards.

In buying a popular item that is in short supply, I have been kept informed about the delivery date and the item was delivered on the date and time that I was given. The delivery itself was carefully done, including taking the old unit away.

So impressed with this company! Found them on the internet went to Gerrards x to speak with them - very helpful and informed staff who arranged the delivery and fitting quickly! Delivery chap arrived on time - did the job quickly! I even had a call to ask if I was happy with my purchase and if there were any problems. I would call this good old fashioned service! Certainly will use them again.
